I didn't try on anything else b/c I had to sneak back to work, lol.Feux du Ciel by Kwumi Sefedin is my holy grail too!!!!Well, right now it's "Promenade a Versailles" which is a gorgeous Versailles image, but it's impossible to find, it was made in the '50's. My favorite scarf is "Cosmos" by Ledoux. Look that one up! It's very classy. You might also look at the newer Astrologie / Zodiac, I'm coveting that one! The grail I found for $130 was Feux du Ciel by Kwumi Sefedin. I'm also on the lookout for La Tour Eiffel S'Envole; I just can't afford anymore H right now! I'm trying to conserve because I'm buyin' a house.
Can I see a picture of yours too? Does the Cosmos scarf have stars on it too?
I´ve been ill for a couple of weeks...and this place is what kept me going through my days in bed. Going back to work tomorrow. I´m still dreaming of all the different bags...don´t know how to choose in the end. Got the "Brand mall" catalog from Japan... Too bad i don´t read japanese! Just wanted to say hi to you all!

I'm sorry that, that happened to you. For every
good SA story like lucy's, there's a bad one like yours.
The SA didn't have to be rude like that. Some of us
know we're never going to be VIPS, but that
doesn't mean we aren't going to be regular
customers.
Thank you (and to PB too!). I honestly didn't take offense at the SA, I thought maybe they give everyone that treatment the first time around?
Well now I know that there are some kind SAs at Hermes and I won't be afraid to drop by.

I vowed never to go in again, but wonderful Grace, she introduced me to some great SAs, one of which I'm seeing today at lunch who brought in an orange Carmen keyholder from SF/H just for me to look at! Next time you want to take a trip, let me know. Together, we will not be afraid

Rina, you are too sweet! I was very happy to help and I'm glad it is working out for you. Luxury boutiques are intimidating enough on their own, so it helps to have an SA who is genuinely kind.
Anyway, I have still been feverish about the Lindy. I think that I'm going to get it pretty soon here, and not wait until the H boutique opens in San Diego. I do love my SA and I think she would deserve the sale. The only thing now, is....what COLOR?!
I've said this before, but everyday I decide on a new one. And of course, it's limited by availability as well. Why can't it be a perfect H world where the bag you want will be available in any leather and color of your choice for you to try on and decide which you like better IRL?

It's hard, isn't it? There are so may combinations and sizes and colors and leathers that buying an H bag is, in a lot of ways, a leap of faith. Have you narrowed down your choices at all?
^You are 100% right. "Leap of faith" is a good way to put it. I know with H you can't really lose, but on the other hand, if you are going to spend the money, you should be getting exactly what you want.
Let's see, the colors that swim around my head with the greatest frequency of rotation: Bleu Jean, Rosy, Rose Dragee, Potiron, Lagon, Turquoise (in no particular order).
My wardrobe is very casual, even at work. I am in jeans 9 times out of 10 and even though it is hard to narrow down, I'd say the rest of my wardrobe includes a lot of pinks, whites, blues, gray and brown.
