Thanks for the sympathy.. I live in Orange County, I'll have to do a search to see what other locations are around... I'm so new to Hermes. It seems like you have to befriend SAs just to get in on certain handbags, even if you can afford it? That SA explained to me that the VIP list didn't necessarily mean celebs, it means regular customers.. and I just thought, "Well hopefully I'll get a chance and be able to prove myself!" lol
^Bisousx, I can't help but notice you are in Orange County. I'm in San Diego and until our new H boutique opens, I've been driving to Hermes in South Coast Plaza. I've met at least three very nice SA's so please PM me if I can help you in anyway! HTH!

I'm sorry that, that happened to you. For every
good SA story like lucy's, there's a bad one like yours.
The SA didn't have to be rude like that. Some of us
know we're never going to be VIPS, but that
doesn't mean we aren't going to be regular
customers.

You are so right Kelly_Birkin, totally uncalled for. I hope it works out bisousx! And the alternative is to plan vacations around H locations and then pop in. You never know what you will find on the shelf. 
And don't let that experience discourage you. My (limited) experiences inside the stores (at least in NY) have been very nice and even when I was just buying a twilly she opened the case and showed me a Bolide, a Lindy, a Birkin (yes there was one just sitting on the shelf).

Oh dear! I just got the nicest note from my SA following up on the Lindy search she was doing for me. She's found one in Rosey and Rose Dragee and I don't know what to do! I still don't know what color to go with...I mean today I was daydreaming about lagon/BJ but yesterday it was all about Rosey! Help me stay strong (and sane)!

Hello all¡¡¡..Nice to meet you all.....It is a relief reading that someone HAS to wait to get their dream bags..Me as well¡¡¡ after watching some pics of ASTOUNDING croc, ostrich and other exotics bags from Hermes I thought there was no waiting....My dream bag is a croc Hermes (kelly or birking) small size, cannot upload it too much due to my back problems (lots of years studying, lawyer here)...Anyway, maybe when next baby arrives¡¡¡....
