Has anyone ever had their CDC cleaned in BH? I have a White GHW CDC and as you can imagine the white needs a needs a nice bath every once in a while! Anyone have experiencing on spa pricing for CDC's in BH?

Madison Ave NYC did not ask for a receipt when I took mine in in June.

Do you need to physically bring your bag into a boutique for Spa, or can you ship them to your nearest boutique? I ask because I think my white Birkin could use a cleaning, and the closest store is about 5 hours one way for me.

I am not sure about drop off, but when I was in NYC, I left my wallet there and they sent it back to me in Washington State. I would try calling.

Just a "spa" report. I had to have my Bearn in lizard restitched. The threads had broken on both sides where the slots are. It cost 171 Euros at 24Fbg. I should have asked if it were the same price for exotics vs. leathers, but I didn't. They completely took it apart and restitched it. They said it is actually "easy" because the holes are already there.

My Dogon wallet has a loose thread (I think I caused it when I was looking for the date stamp) and I'm not sure if I want to get it repaired right now. A few years ago, I dropped off my Kelly wallet at Madison Ave to have the tabs on the back restitched (two stitches loose) and the toggle repaired. It took maybe a week for them to do the repair and get it in the mail to me.

Just received my bag from spa. I paid $125 (altho I was quoted 225)
Six years ago, I paid $100 (after being quoted 125).
Same underwhelming results as last time: just looks polished with no change in the look of the corners. I would post pics but what would be the point?

I'll report back in another 5 or 6 yrs when I do spa all over again.

Just dropped my bag off at Madison Ave NYC. They quoted 12-14 weeks and $225 for a cleaning. The description/condition they wrote up sounded appalling to me "very worn corners/piping, scratches all around body, distressed handle etc" . Hoping $225 can make all that look better!
