Would I be able to drop by with the bag? (I’m in a state with no H store)

Or does it have to be mailed in only?

Apologies, I looked at the picture quickly. As PG mentioned, it’s the tab that’s ripped so it will be more reasonable.

I’m 95%ish sure NY nor BH would do the repair and they’d send it to Paris.

I had all my hardware replaced for a K35 except the D-rings at the H spa (they will not replace the feet). Along with the leather cleaning and retouching, the total amount was a little under $900. I hope this helps.

This was on Togo but it's much more common on Barenia. There are a bunch of threads on it; if I can find one I'll reply there. It's an easy fix.

I’m sure Paris could repair it. Just keep in mind that it will take a while. One of our Avalon blankets had to be re-stitched and it took 8 months to get back to us.

Free in our case. It’s the stitching around the rolled edges that breaks every once in a while. This is the second time this blanket has gone to Paris to have the edges re-rolled and stitched. Yours would likely have a cost.
