Does anyone know how much it costs at the H spa to replace a broken turnlock (palladium)? I've been told the turnlock which broke off cannot be re-installed and the whole plate and lock must be replaced. Many thanks.

My turnlock is loose and they quoted me $250 to replace.

Does anyone know how much a Kelly long wallet in ostrich will cost for cleaning (euro would be great, but any currency would do just to get a rough estimate) ? It’s still in great condition but needs a refresh .

I was recently quoted $350 for lock, keys and clochette. Practically double the price that the other poster was quoted. Im annoyed at this huge discrepancy.

In September 2024 was given a new lock for a Bolide FREE OF CHARGE at the Paris Sèvres store. I still had the key.
I have an SA there, so maybe that helped. The only glitch is that it was a 4-month wait.

I was sent a Clochette and Tirette free of charge for my B30, but that was back in 2021 during lockdown in the UK so maybe an exception rather than the norm.. It took a couple of months but I was so pleased! (The original Tirette was split, Clochette was fine, but they replaced the whole lot.)

Assuming that you mean bags not directly purchased from the boutique by you? Yes.

My experience using the Hermes spa service in the UK, as long as it’s a genuine Hermes they accept it without question 😊

I had not even sent in my croc B (when I had it) for spa, and I didn't know this! 😊

Me neither, until I needed a repair on my lizard Constance - they couldn’t send it to Paris but luckily London were able to fix it for me.
It’s handy to know if you ever want purchase a pre loved one exotic, without CITES, repairs at Hermes may prove difficult

Not if the model is not supposed to have a strap: they'll make a strap for a Kelly but not for a Birkin; for an Evelyne but not for a Jige; etc.
