I just got my kelly back from H spa. I have been using this bag for work and travel so it has taken quite a beating and all corners have been scuffed up quite a bit. After H spa, all the corner scuffs are gone and even the scratches on the bag have been buffed out. I am happy with how it turned out. I don’t have a price for the repair since my SA did not charge me for it.

The first two bags were both repaired in store, and I was quoted $315 each for basic cleaning/repair. I didn't really notice a huge improvement honestly because I still see visible scratches that were there before. The leather is a bit shiner, maybe it's all psychological who knows. So I'd say for the very basic service $315 quote you probably won't see a big difference. But I still recommend bringing in the bag to Hermes spa if said bag is purchased secondhand/vintage. It is just an extra layer of safety to bring peace of mind in terms of authenticity.

As for my Kelly Sport, she was in a worse condition compared to the previous two and got sent to Paris for repair instead. Needless to say it was a very very long wait (about 3 months) until I heard back about the quote. I was quoted $430 for side strap replacement and $800 for shoulder strap replacement. Cleaning is free this time, but no guarantee of restoring to original condition. I anticipate another few months at least before the bag gets shipped back to the US, but hopefully I will be able to notice some difference this time..

Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience. Thinking of sending my Birkin 35 box to the spa. How long did it take for the Kelly 32 in Box to come back from the spa?

I hope they can do this to my b30 in epsom which appears to be so wounded by now. I was so carefree in using it but breaks my heart whenever I see the peeled corners. Do you mind sharing the amount they charged you? Only if it's ok? TIA

Unfortunately, I don’t know how much the charge is as my SA waived the charge for me. Good luck with your B30!

I dropped my Evelyne PM off at at the NYC Madison store on March 2. My Evelyne needed work on the body, the trim and the corners. I was told it would be ready in about 8-10 weeks. I was given a quote for about $350. HTH!
