Just wanted to share that I recently sent my B35 (Togo) to HermesSpa located in Singapore for some minor works.
The total actual duration (from the day I sent it to the store till I can collect) was just 3 weeks! :yahoo:
Here is a breakdown of the pricing for those who are keen to know:
  • Cleaning + Make Up + Finishing (Bag) – SGD $385
  • Re glue + Finishing the Side Strap (Bag) – SGD $300

Just curious, what does re gluing and finishing the side strap entail? Had the 2 leather strips completely separated? Thanks.

I just got back my Étoupe B35 too! I had the hardware replaced (clasp, side plates and brackets) SGD $600. My baby looks brand new~ It took a mere 3 weeks too!

Hi!Did they cleaned the lined interior for you?I have some spots so I am interested if they do that for GP30 because they have canavas lining?Thanks

I've ordered two other Kelly straps before (black clemence SHW, gold togo GHW, both 90 cm), and they were both $920 each. What a pleasant surprise today!

Hi there, did you have to leave your bag for all that time? And may i ask what store you took your bag to? I'm considering a preowned Kelly but strap and clochette missing...trying to gauge how long I may need to be without the bag. Thanks!

Good evening,

I am considering buying a second hand birkin and would like to know how much the repair can cost me. I need them to fix the scuff marks on the corners, one corners have a little water stain, and the handles wax also cracked pretty bad.

I just got a pre-loved orange Picotin 18 that was a little dingy and had more corner rubbing than I had anticipated. I see what some have been quoted/paid to clean and refresh your bags, but they were Birkin and Kellys, much bigger and more detailed than my bag. Would they charge the same for mine? Or would they charge less because it would be easier to do? No stains or scratches, just dingy (esp on the handles) and corner rubbing.
