I finally got my GP30 back from spa yesterday. I dropped it off in December 2019. it was ready end of January but I didn’t get a chance to visit my store and then the pandemic happened. It was just a normal spa with cleaning and corner touch up. $315.

I have a vintage black box Kelly, which is in need of spa. There are holes from a previous monogram so I would like new gold letters. Does anyone have any thoughts on how much that might cost and how long it might take? Rodeo is fairly close.

Thank you in advance!

Has anyone sent their Evelyne for spa treatment? I have a mini Evelyne that I wore once and noticed these tiny scuff marks in a few places like the leather got really scratched by something? I’m generally really careful with my bags and I think the only possible explanation would be my dog jumping on my legs and accidentally scratching the bag. Trying to decide if it’s worth to send to the spa..

Just wanted to share I think price for Kelly straps may have come down!

I just picked up a Kelly 85 cm strap in Ebene Ardennes leather, GHW that I ordered in May 2019 (took forever I suppose due to COVID), and the price was only $630! I've ordered two other Kelly straps before (black clemence SHW, gold togo GHW, both 90 cm), and they were both $920 each. What a pleasant surprise today!

Hi all, I have a question in regard to spa options. My Kelly is currently in Paris and I just recieved the email outlining what needs to be done. They have suggested the general clean/polish option for 225GBP (alongside a clasp replacement) and I'd like to know whether that entails redoing the resin? The bag is a good 20 years old now and desperately needs it - it is totally worn off in most places so it would not be missed on an inspection. I feel like 225GBP is such a low number that it couldn't possibly cover such a thing....

Had anyone had to specifically ask for this to happen? I'd like to know before I respond so I can ask for it directly if necessary.

Thanks so much!

That does sound very low to me to redo resin as well-I've paid £220 just to have a CDC re-stiched and cleaned

Well, I thought so too, but I emailed back to the store anyway directly asking. Apparently it does include resin reapplication. For reference for those in the UK:

Clean/Polish (including resin treatment) - £225
Replacement clasp- £145

Edited to add, in earlier posts I see that restitching is expensive so potentially that inflated your cost?

I recently had my Gold buffalo skipper Valise Galop B50 serviced at the Madison store.

The price breakdown was as follows:
  • Cleaning/Makeup/Finishing - $420
  • Replacement Padlock/Keys - $95
  • Replacement Clochette - $85
TOTAL $600

Hello. I’ve just inherited a vintage black perosus croc bag and it’s pretty beat up. The lining can be seen on 2 of the 4 corners. An example below. Can this be repaired ? If so, how much ?
Also the person giving this to me has lost the original invoice and the CITES certificate . Would this be an issue for Hermes to at least try saving it ?
