Hermes spa pricing

Thanks for sharing! Gussets meaning the inside pockets?

Gussets meaning the entire exterior side panels of the Kelly. I had found a tiny tear on the part where the side panel and front panel meet. The only way to repair that is to replace the entire panel, and Hermes usually wants to replace both side panels so they match.

I just sent my b30 for repair on handle, stitches and cleaning
The quote in hkd ( divided by 7.8 for usd )
Cleaning $2220
Handle $2460
Stitches $980

My friend took it to the shop for me so I am not sure are those pricing refers to spot repairing or repairing the whole side / flap etc. The handle only needs to fix the resin.

I just bought a preloved Hermès Evelyne III 29 PM Clemence (in great conditition and comes with box, dustbags, and original receipt)... the only thing is the Hermès label underneath the closure is a little faded. The original owner of the bag said she took it to the Hermès spa at the store in Rennes France and they retouched the label but it didn't make much of a difference. I was thinking about going to the flagship store in Paris to see about doing it again. Is it worth it? Has anyone else had a mediocre experience?evelyne face.jpg

Not really seeing the problem. I would just enjoy the bag. The leather strap covers it anyway.

It's worth it if it bothers you. I would take it in and see what they say about it. If they feel they can do better than the last try then let them. Never hurts to ask and you should have your bag in the condition that you want it.

So I could just walk into Madison w/o an appointment and turn the bag over to spa services? How long does it take to decide what needs to be done to the bag -- a day, a week, etc.? And then I have them do what I'm willing to pay for, right?

the latter part is right - yes
you receive and assessment with a breakdown of the costs and you make an informed decision
about the work you wish to be undertaken
the time scale varies

Yep. Go to top floor and ask for after-sales care. They will take in the bag and give you a time estimate, which will likely be padded so you are not disappointed. You may get an opinion on the spot (if it helps, one of the craftsmen is there on almost every Saturday except for a long lunch).
I just picked up a bag that only took two weeks for cleaning and basic spa.
