just a quick update that prices went up wef 1 Jan 2020. eg. twilly by $10, 90cm scarf by $20. bags and SLGs of course too

I found a few resellers in Spore selling at decent price - Susan Yin, Stephanie (IG: Finklepuff) they seem genuine. Anyone dealt with them b4.






In KL, I got my Kelly from Kai (IG: Luxurieskai). Seriously the premium is not as bad unless on super high demand colour/HW.

I will continue to buy other H stuff as n when I see anything I like from boutique but I don’t purposely buy & please the SA to win a “bag begging chance” from SA.

It was such a pleasant shopping experience at Hermes online store! So convenient! They also offer free exchange and refund! I’m so glad and happy to shop here. The colours of bags are more than the boutiques!

Now I don’t need to text my sa every other month for a stupid charm or slg that I’ve been waiting for for the last 3 yrs (color not available, not popular, not ordered, blah blah) when it is now completely available online in more than 10 colors to happily choose from.

I totally agree. The feeling of being able to browse through anytime and being pleasantly surprised now and again is wonderful – although admittedly less so for the bank account!

Also much prefer buying direct from H stress-free, versus supporting the reseller trade where authenticity is definitely a concern in an era of superfakes, regardless of what their receipts claim. I used to not support resellers too, years ago when I first started my h journey and met snobby/unhelpful/dishonest ones.

Fast fast forward to present, I have bought and sold via resellers (brand new and preowned, bags and accessories) and in fact I’m grateful for having them around as an always available option.

Yes avoid reseller that doesnt not have bag stock like jael99ig and finklepuff, most of their bag they get it from thai reseller, why not just get directly from them.... and they never see the bag. I’s recommend troyvesgd, ruelamode, eclaireatelier(new reseller in sg and malaysia with a physical store) and many more just avoid the ones who only does virtual inventory

Agree

Those IG accounts you mentioned have photos of bags which are not owned by the resellers. You pay a deposit to have them shipped over to you. Yes meaning they themselves haven’t even got a chance to inspect the item before listing. I personally don’t like this business model.

There are many other reliable resellers I prefer to give my money to. IG accounts that post inconsistent photo formats are those I’ll avoid at all cost.

I asked for a horseshoe or horse head charm on and off in the last couple of years in a light blue or pink. Probably it didn’t register in my busy Sa mind but I was tired of asking. Now I see nothing very colors online I think I saw rose ete few weeks ago. strange thing is when they are all displayed online the urge to acquire them is not so strong anymore!

thanks for your reply.. i am looking for the chihuahua one..or whatever fits my liking.. i wonder if hermes has done rat charms yet.. i don’t have any petit h yet. would like to get some shoe laces too to give my shoes a new look..
