It does sound quite confusing. Maybe can clarify with your sa. Sometimes they make mistakes in their calculation too… so many rules and limits for different customers, l don’t really blame them

So far I have only seen it in PHW. FYI, this is available in China and UK website quite often. About SGD18000+/-.

Thank you so much for the tip! I will keep an eye on it. Hopefully I get my hands on one soon. I got a kellyfestival charm which is now in my mini jypsiere but i would love to have a kelly messenger pm as they would look even better together.A9B0839E-1A2D-497E-9BE9-37E2FE90E856.webp

no, i havent gotten any QBs before. i would mention "when can i indicate my wishlist?" she would just casually smile and brush it off without saying anything. for more context, we have been shopping at the same store for quite awhile, with no proper SA previously. does my previous purchases still count as a prespend if i didnt have a fixed SA before? but we definitely spent more with this current SA than our previous purchases made from random SAs. also, we would ask for her to look out for specific items for us but she doesnt seem to remember any. but she did take out some things from the back (non quota stuff) for us once in awhile. overall, im just afraid we dont hv a chance of getting QBs cos i feel like we are being forgotten often. but we still quite like her customer service.

I think you can be a bit more upfront with your SA but in a subtle way. For me, when my spending hit the 15k mark, I asked my SA 'how much more to go before I can request for a QB?'. I asked her in-person, not via Whatsapp. She will check the amount for me. I kind of sensed that there are some things which are not convenient for them to put down in black and white/ text message, so it's better to ask them face to face. And like some other members have said, it's always a good idea for you to track your prespend.
