Generally, when you are almost 0.8 of the pre-spend then you can start submitting your wishlist. But mine is a bit different.... I tell my SA way in advance what i want so she will keep track for me on my pre-spend & update me once she got a surprise for me. Of course you will have to keep track of the pre-spend also so that they don't take you for a ride. The SA have a work phone to key in all the things you want if the SA is sincere & wanna build a long term relationship with you. My SAs will do that right in front of me & show me that they have key in those things that i want. Then when it arrive they will contact me or when i drop by the store it will be there waiting for me. This is only my personal experience for your reference. Everyone's experience is different so just enjoy the journey. 😃

I think your SA is great, to keep track of your pre-spend for you.. Not every SA does that, mine avoids about it each time I ask. I have learnt to tabulate my own pre-spend too.

Ya, all my friends did mention that I have super SAs in SG and HK. Usually their SAs don't provide such service to a non-VIP like me and also avoid the topic altogether. But why the SA avoid ah? It's very obvious we are spending so much just to get the QBs. End of the day they still have to give it to us isn't it? Not sure if there's anyone who wasn't granted any QBs at all after spending alot of money thou. Last Sat I visited the 2 stores. My LT SA told me not get anymore bags for this 3 months as my K25 is coming after more than 18 months! I told her about my expectation for the next QB openly. I told her I am not interested to spend S$25,000 (minimum) for the next QB and I will stop spending in LT if that is the requirement. Brought my newly acquired B25 from HK H store along and told her the pre-spend ratio (less than 1:1) & price in HK H store. She was stun! If LT is going to be so stringent in the S$25,000 requirement then I will rather go HK and spend the money. Waiting period only 9 months lol and best part is my HK SA will show me her work phone what they have in store for me to choose. My Taka SA actually told me no change in the QB system like LT so I no need worry and I am only few thousands away from the next 1 without me even asking. Sometimes you just have to be open about your expectations and pls don't let the SA take advantage of you.

Wow the SAs at taka and LT are okay with knowing about the other? I assume they must since all the sg accounts are linked!

ahhh im afraid of my SA taking advantage of me. for context, me and my mum shops almost monthly with her, and we often use both of our profiles to purchase items on each of our visits, yet she still avoids the topic of wishlists. do you have any advice on how i should go about it? should i text her about what's our current prespend to get things rolling? me and my mum dont keep track of our prespends...

May i know if you have gotten any QBs before from the same SA? If yes, how was it offered? You mentioned to the SA what you want or the SA just offer it to you after some time? How the SA avoid the wishlist topic ah? Ignore you or say she will check? Don't text her about the pre-spend because the SA can choose to ignore the message. You must talk to her face to face the next time you go down to the store & bravely mentioned that you want a B/K/C directly & see her instant reaction. No need to be shy about it. It's your entitlement for being a loyal customer. Ask her to check the system on the spot if you are far off from it. Takes about 5-10 mins & you will know the answer. If she is not willing to do it, then it's time you wanna consider changing the SA. She is confirm taking you for a ride. My SAs check my spending regularly that's why they can tell me how much i am short of to the next QB. This is part of their job & customer service lol. FYI, i am not a VIP. Just a regular customer & my SAs are willing to do this for me so i think you also should deserve the same or better. Hope the above helps.

Just to chip in a little. Typically i will ask abt the prespend amt if i am looking to get a particular bag. Afterwards, u may ask your SA to help you see if you're reaching the amt. try to ask discreetly if u're in store as i think they cant say it aloud or openly.
