May i know if you have gotten any QBs before from the same SA? If yes, how was it offered? You mentioned to the SA what you want or the SA just offer it to you after some time? How the SA avoid the wishlist topic ah? Ignore you or say she will check? Don't text her about the pre-spend because the SA can choose to ignore the message. You must talk to her face to face the next time you go down to the store & bravely mentioned that you want a B/K/C directly & see her instant reaction. No need to be shy about it. It's your entitlement for being a loyal customer. Ask her to check the system on the spot if you are far off from it. Takes about 5-10 mins & you will know the answer. If she is not willing to do it, then it's time you wanna consider changing the SA. She is confirm taking you for a ride. My SAs check my spending regularly that's why they can tell me how much i am short of to the next QB. This is part of their job & customer service lol. FYI, i am not a VIP. Just a regular customer & my SAs are willing to do this for me so i think you also should deserve the same or better. Hope the above helps.

no, i havent gotten any QBs before. i would mention "when can i indicate my wishlist?" she would just casually smile and brush it off without saying anything. for more context, we have been shopping at the same store for quite awhile, with no proper SA previously. does my previous purchases still count as a prespend if i didnt have a fixed SA before? but we definitely spent more with this current SA than our previous purchases made from random SAs. also, we would ask for her to look out for specific items for us but she doesnt seem to remember any. but she did take out some things from the back (non quota stuff) for us once in awhile. overall, im just afraid we dont hv a chance of getting QBs cos i feel like we are being forgotten often. but we still quite like her customer service.
 
Just to chip in a little. Typically i will ask abt the prespend amt if i am looking to get a particular bag. Afterwards, u may ask your SA to help you see if you're reaching the amt. try to ask discreetly if u're in store as i think they cant say it aloud or openly.

Your situation sounds very similar to my first SA. I bought a few silk products from her first few times and she had been very sweet and helpful. One day I bought a 12k men’s jacket from her and then asked her about QB onsite. She just brushed it off saying it takes a long long time in Singapore to get a QB. When I mentioned wishlist, she just said she will note it down for me without even asking which QB I want.
Anyway I went to the store manager/supervisor in the end (12k RTW is not nothing!!) Turns out she’s too junior to have her hands on QBs. The store manager/supervisor specifically told me that if I want a QB I might want to switch to a more senior SA. So I followed the advice and switched to a new SA.
My shopping experience has been satisfying with the new one. She specifically told me that it doesn’t matter which SA I shop with as long as my spending is with the same store. She’s also very open about the prespend amount and the progress of my QB.

Any Saturday shoppers got their confirmation emails to the private sale?
I emailed their customer service yesterday about the missing confirmation email. They replied that they will arrange it to be resent to me. But I still haven’t got it.
Oh well, I guess I will just have to show up in a few days without a confirmation email. Their customer service said as long as we submit the RSVP, we will be able to gain access to the event.

Nope no email. I called them this morning about it and they said we will get the email before our time slot…

I am really sorry to hear this, I'm not sure why your SA brushes you off. I think a good SA would certainly take note and ask for your wishlist especially since you and your Mom have been shopping consistently at the same store and now with the same SA for a bit. All your spend in one store remains in the account purchase history and only seems to reset at certain stores and only with a QB purchase. My suggestion is to just use only one profile and purchase everything on that one account from now on. I think it makes it clear and easier for the store manager to allocate a wish rather than 2 accounts in one family. And next visit I would suggest that you say to your SA "We would like to focus on working towards a bag in these specs XYZ" and see what she says. Good luck!

I asked my SA how much will of my pre-spend is rolled over to the next spend as my SA mentioned before that LT now allows pre-spend to be rolled over for long-term clients. I am currently waiting for my QB. Well..my SA just said to wait till my QB comes then can discuss again. I am not sure if my SA wants to shift the requirement for the pre-spend again.. It has happened before.

My dear.... I think you sound like a very polite and shy person lol. The SA will take advantage of you for sure. You actually ask "when can I indicate my wishlist".... I don't ask so softly.... I very direct from the beginning and tell my SAs what I want from beginning for QBs and I do my own calculation as well so I will be able to gauge if she is taking me for a ride. Even though you don't have a fix SA from beginning, your spending profile will still be reflected in the store and accumulated even when you change SA. Only when you change store then you have to re-start. I ever ask my SA if 1 day she leaves the company then what happens to my spending profile in the store & whether it will be reset due to change of SA. She told me firmly that the spending profile continues and will not be reset. When you ask her for specific items is via text or in person? If in person, you make sure she willingly key into her work phone. If she doesn't then she's not interested in your business at all and it's time you talk to the SM/AM for a change like what "notyourpusheen" mentioned. How often does your SA offer you a non-quota bag? Alternate month or every quarter or when a new model arrives? FYI, for SA with more than 1 year of experience, they can already get hands on the QBs via approval from their direct supervisor/AM and no need to go to SM level. No need to be afraid about not getting a QB. You will sure get it in a matter of time if you dare to talk to them. I do know of a few difficult SAs in Taka and I hope you are not with those few. They are difficult because I understand that they have super VIP clients and don't need to waste time on small fry. Actually this private sale event if you are invited on the 1st day then you will have a very good chance of meeting the SMs, AMs & CFO. Tell them the difficulty you are facing in store. Taka SM tolerate no nonsense type and LT SM is very compassionate type. CFO is a very powerful woman.... SMs are scared of her apparently but I think she is nice because she serve me every year when I am at the event. Not sure if you have the courage to approach these people but they are very helpful thou. 1 word from them and the store become your Wonderland! :smile:

I think the SA wants to shift the requirement for the pre-spend. I remember my LT SA told me there's no rollover and hinted to me not to spend while waiting for my QB now so I pull back all my spending and only buy very minimal seasonal things which are not available in Taka.

I finally received my email confirmation this morning 1.50AM :lol:for Fri slot, but unfortunately I wouldn't be able to attend as I have to make last minute trip.
Do I need to inform them? I didn't bother to check with them earlier why I haven't receive my email yet as I'll be away anyway, but now since I received mine, should I?

Yes, my SA told me a few months ago so I continued spending. I also thought policy has changed. But now when I brought up that the balance of the pre-spend to be brought over to the next bag, my SA kept mum. And even still keep asking whether I want to buy anything. The thing is, the goal post keep changing with my SA. Previously I heard $30k pre-spend can ask for a Constance so I initially asked for that and my SA told me to wait 3 more months since I already got my last QB in Jun. Now my SA said need to spend another $10k+ or at least $10k. So I stopped buying and just request to shift the balance to my next QB and my SA kept mum. Sigh, not sure in such case, should I approach the SM to ask.
