Same price regardless of hardware tone. Enamel and/or diamonds are the only hardware choices that impact price.

Hi, will need some advice here >.< I have an SA from NAC (taka) that I meet from time to time (once every few months?) but this SA takes very long to reply to my texts asking about stock availability. At times, she doesn’t even reply. There were a couple of instances where I asked if a particular item was in store, didn’t get a reply but when I popped into NAC, they had it.

Do you think it’ll be easier to get a B/K/C if I build my profile at Liat towers rather than NAC?
Also, will you advise switching over to Liat but if I do so, I’ll need to build a relationship with a SA again. Any SAs to recommend at Liat?

According to my SA at Takashimaya, the online store works slightly differently from them and the purchases from the online store won’t add to my profile in Takashimaya!

How does your Sa treat you when you visit in person? Sometimes Sas are busy and may genuinely forget to reply. I have nice Sas from other brands that forget to reply my texts at times too and I just send them a reminder or just pop by the store. I think finding the right Sa is more important than store but of cos when stores reopen feel free to pop by Liat and see if you find shopping there nicer. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply! She’s really nice when I visit in person. Not pushy and patient. Most times, I found the convos with her very friendly and fun. I enjoy the f2f convos but when it comes to checking of inventory or new arrivals, I find myself always texting her. Not sure if I’m asking too much or my SAs from other brands have really good memories!
