Jahna, I had no idea about this thread! How marvelous! I haven’t read all the pages, but for colorations that seem to have become my favorites here are a few that really brighten my wardrobe and day. BTW I love those cool vintage tea sets of yours. And will post my Aladdin one soon as it is light here if not too off topic.
Noisette /Anise La Femme- by the time I started swooning over H silks this shawl was sold out in all colors and this was the last one. I am glad I nabbed it because I disvovered my love on Anise!

More Anise in EL K, which had some very cool colorations in the entire sold out run.

Going back further to Tohu Bohu, which I still cannot understand why H won’t reissue. Geez. It was supposedly the greatest selling shawl during its release. Here is Gris Acer and the Orange version. I don’t have the reference for the orange.

And now we have PdS -Samourai shawls were mostly traditional colors in the shawl issue except for this one. I have to check what blue it is. View attachment 4356356
My most interesting muted scarf colors are the one here in Metamorphoses. Saw this one the website a few years ago thinking it looked too muddy to appeal. Was I wrong. Found it at the summer H sale and snapped it up so fast. Discovered it is a super versatile and people ask me to open it out to see all the interesting faces. Must be the psychological factor in play there. I hope these are not too off topic. The thing I love most about H are colors and designs so I think we share that passion! Do we need to reference the colors?
These tea sets are spectacular!Because I am an equal-opportunity color collector:

So, may I ask here to ID the colorway in this Fantasies Pittoresque carre, Houtin, 2008?
It is not as warm a red IRL as iPhone photos reflect. Brownish border, “custard” yellow waves background.
As to what drew me—yes, the rich coloration, and the picturesque, even sublime, small structures reminiscent of “follies” constructed for purely pleasurable viewing by US property owners in 19th century. I can get lost “wandering thru” these images.
A couple articles on colour.
The information in these articles is inconsistent, best of luck sorting the wheat from the chaff. I know I am trying my best right now!

...and in looking for the colors for @jizzybeetle, I didn't find that but this gallery showing of François Houtin is nice, along with a bio of him:
