Hi everyone , I am new here. Does anyone know of this can be repaired. It is a Rose Lipstick Chèvre Chandra leather. I also lost the shoulder strap when traveling …… Thanks!
Take it in to the H spa for evaluation and service. They will, at least and after some time, be honest with you. If anyone other than H works on it, you will not be able to bring it to H afterwards. Fortunately, it's on the bottom, so not a true disaster.
Good luck

Hello. I hope this is the right thread to ask? I am going to be in Hong Kong sometime soon, and in desperate need to replace one particular set of hardware. They are badly scratched all over. Any recommendation which Hermes to go to for this? Harbour City? I live in a country where there are no Hermes to be found. I am flying 15 hours to get this done 🤣 Do you know how long this usually takes? I am only there for a week.

Hi, I can't help with which boutique, but I can tell you spa / repairs usually take several months I'm afraid.
There's the odd exception but I doubt they'll replace the hardware in a week. I think they don't always agree to replace the hardware at all if it's not badly damaged, but I'm not sure on that.
I hope you're not flying especially!

Hello. Thanks so much! I somehow thought that it takes months because they have to ship things back to France and if there are local after sales services that it might take a shorter period of time? Anyone here in Hong Kong that can help us confirm this? I know that Hermes are not ever going to put priorities for those outside their localities. This has been their philosophy and these days it is even worst for "outside" clients like me. So I am not expecting any reply from them anytime soon. I also tried calling them in HK from NZ and gave up after waiting 6 minutes on an international call. Thanks in advance if any of you in HK can confirm, and thanks again @Tonimichelle for your reply!

Hi everyone! I’m new here. I’m very sad because my relatively new Epsom Bolide has some pretty deep scratches/scuffs on the bottom corner. I’m not sure how it happened but I suspect it may have happened when it was placed inside a rough rattan basket in a restaurant. Does any one have experience of this kind of scratch and whether or not Hermes spa can fix or at least camouflage the scratches by recoloring or other means?

Thank you!IMG_4180.jpeg
