Tried. They couldn't do anything about the Bs and Ks. Haha. But for everything else, yes. They offered to hunt down a pair of louboutins shoes from EU and have then shipped to me. It's a free service for priority clients.

Not even the black Amex can in my experience get H to ship a bag BUT they will buy things for you and ship...however I have never said "go get me a black Birkin 30 GHW"...now I am tempted.

I am not 100% sure about shipping to your house since it is a leather good, but your local store should be able to do a search and if there is the combo you are looking for at another store and if they are willing to release it, they should be able to bring into your local boutique. Hope that helps.

I'm confused with this "policy"! I've had multiple leather items shipped to me including a Kelly wallet! These were phone transactions. I just call up my SA & ask her to find me something, she finds it & charges to my card & then ships to my house. What's the deal? Up to the SA?

I think it's up to the store and the only hard exclusion is B, K, and Constance now. You can of course ship anything you buy IF you buy in person, including B, K, etc.

I was able to purchase a scarf over the phone from Madison Ave in NY. Perhaps not for leather items?

My SA told me that with scarves H can do a charge/send, just not leather. Of course, all rules can be broken if the SM agrees, I think, but not for Bs and Ks.
