Hermes Phone Orders

Hello, I have never purchased anything from Hermes but I wanted a watch band for my apple watch and was wondering if you could call a Hermes store to see if they had it and order over the phone. I know that from my experience with Louis Vuitton they will only allow it if you have purchased something in the last year. What is your experience on Hermes.

On a side note, i saw it on their website and when i went to go back to order later it was then sold.

It really depends on the store you call. Some stores will not allow it while others will. I would honestly say call multiple stores.

The online store has a different inventory than the physical stores. It's really strange. So if it's sold out online, it could still be available in a physical store.
