Maybe we walked past each other? I had an 11am appointment and spent equal time on the main level and upstairs. I did notice two other clients with a bleu nuit k28 and bambou b25.
That was me with the Bambou B25!

I knew it! As soon as you said you were there, I recall a beautiful bambou b25 posted on the forum this past year! And you had a gorgeous pinkish bright Twilly. I’m like that dog lover in the park - notice the pups not the person. In H’s case, I notice the bag not the person. Small world. That was me with the Bambou B25!I noticed the client with the K28 as well, haha! I had an appointment at noon and was mostly hidden upstairs in the dressing room by mens RTW but spent some time walking around women's shoes and home.

New York standard issue head to toe blackGood eye, and small world indeed! Were you wearing any distinctive colors that I may remember?
New York standard issue head to toe black. I was heading down to street level with my SA to pay for my items. You were heading up and my eyes happened to lock onto your B because it truly is glorious IRL. And it was at the tip of my tongue to compliment you on your choice of bags. My SA and I had already spoken to the lovely lady with the K28.
So funny- I was there on Saturday also! But later in the day (4pm) so missed you both. Phooey! And yes- spent the time in RTW, all of which was gorgeous and severely tempting.
Of all the locations I’ve been to, Meatpacking is hands down my fav, for multiple reasons, and LOVE that it’s my home store.♥
I’m so turned off to the madison store. I’ve worked with an SA there a couple of years ago and she was great. But I’ve been trying to make an appointment for two days. No one calls me back. I’m disappointed. I think I’ll call the meat packing store. They seem friendlier. But now I’m kinda turned off to the whole thing. Why should I beg someone to take my money????
Thank you! That makes sense now. II was told they are booked solid for this week and next week and they aren’t letting anyone in without an appointment. That’s probably why no one called you back, but totally understand your feelings!

Madison does take longer to respond...but they have a lot more inventory than meatpacking. It's a trade-off. Good luck!
Have you tried reaching out to your SA directly? I saw my SA over the weekend without a problem, I reached out to him on Wednesday for an appoint that Saturday via email and he asked me what time I'd like to come in (so it sounds like there are more than one timeslot available). Anyway I ended up going in at 11am. The store did seem a bit busy when I first got there, they also kept the door locked and so the doorman would have to let people in. After my appointment, while waiting for a cab outside, I overheard this couple trying to do a walk-in for bags, the doorman went in to "check" and came back after a minute saying that the handbag inventory is low so they're doing appointments only.the inventory is so much better at Madison—totally agree! It’s just frustrating
