Does any have recommendation of sa at wall st willing work w remote client? Just find out mine left and he hasn't gotten anything from my wishlist for months (he's horrible keeping up and responding to calls or email, and never remember what I want...) TIA!!!!
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that! Who was it?
+1!!! PM youI'd like to know as well. I just gave up on mine at Wall and started going to Madison instead. I moved to NYC this year and had to switch stores. I purposely went with Wall St. because it isn't the madhouse that Madison is, but couldn't deal with the radio silence from my SA any longer. I'm a good customer and shouldn't have to track down my SA to spend money.
Hi guys. Any recommendations for sa in Americana hermes?
Yes I miss looking fo build a relationship. My sa in Madison is a pain to get to for me. Long Island is easier, plus she is having a baby and I don't want to bother herThey're all good. Are you looking to build a relationship with an SA or just want to pop in occasionally to buy a few things? Maryam, Eveyln and Christine have probably been around the longest. So Young, Carmela, Susan, Jesse...all good. I forget the younger girls names - they are sweet and enthusiastic - and people who are often in the back like Siobhani and Steve.
FYI if service is a bit hard to come by this time of year, they're just busy. Walk in, let someone know you're waiting and someone will get to you as soon as they're free.
Just curious, but I’m pretty sure that the Americana store is a franchise. Do they get as much access to the rare items as the company stores?
I ask because I used to shop Hermes at a local store in CT and they told me that there allotments were few and far between.
Oh really.? I wonder if it means they don't get the b/k//c like MadisonThey are a franchise store. I’m not sure about rare B/K’s but on the few times I’ve visited, they’ve had lots of Rodeos in Sizes GM and PM. Lots of twillys and they already have spring scarves and shawls. Lots of non B/K bags in many colors. Even saw a red Ostrich Lindy on display. Ever since they moved to the new larger location, staff seems to be friendlier. Also more staff and of various ages. Thank you! That's exactly what I wanted to know. They get plenty. And exotics, and SOs just like every other store. Over the years I have bought 5 Bs and 2 Ks there.
