hello everyone! Just wanted to know which location would you guys suggest to visit for the best service or if there is a SA anyone would recommend. My brother is law is looking to surprise my sister with a birkin for their wedding anniversary and he needs all the help he can get! Thanks in advance

Definitely Madison Avenue, it's bigger and they have more stock. Wall Street one is focused on their already existing customers.

Hi all,

what are the chances of scoring a Evelyne in the mini TPM size in rose azalee in NYC and the JFK airport terminal 1?

Thanks in advance
I think the madison store may definitely have a mini evelyne but they are also limited in color selection. I believe (to my knowledge), the JFK rarely carries any bags in general, not to mention a mini evelyne. My best suggestion would be to try the boutique stores. :amuse:

Hi everyone! I'm new to the city and have been wanting to build a relationship with an SA for, eventually, a K. I recently visited the Wall Street store looking for a neutral Herbag. The SA was very nice, but said that I was looking for a popular combination. She showed me many other bags and I ended up making some non-leather purchases. It seems that SAs can do transfers, but she didn't offer (I'm not sure if I should have asked).

Should I try my luck getting a Herbag and building a relationship at Madison instead? I hesitate due to the reviews for Madison here and online, and, as a client, I'm unlikely to purchase homeware or RTW (although I like leather, scarves, shoes, and jewelry). Thank you in advance!

Transfers are possible for most departments in the store but difficult to do when it comes to bags, especially when you are just starting out with building a relationship. I would continue to work with the Wall St SA, assuming you hit it off with her. If Herbag is really the only bag you're ever going to want she may be more willing to hunt one down for you. They're not *that* common. Or, she may surprise you with something else

Welcome to the city! I used to work a SA in Madison but once he left, I switched to Wall Street bc it was more convenient for me. While Madison has more inventory, I feel like Wall Street is very friendly and if you wait, you will get what you are looking for. (I've seen and gotten very special things at Wall Street)

Did you like the SA that you worked with? You can always ask your SA if she can track it for you or call you if she sees herbag. I would email her if she doesn't contact you so she has you and your bag in mind. I remember seeing lots of Herbag couple months ago at the Wall Street. good luck!

Wall St. in my go to place! Every single SA in that store is nice and helpful. :-)
