Thank you, @880! I know I've been posting a lot about bag offers anxiously recently, but I truly love Hermes and want to be a VIP one day... I appreciate your comments!
Thanks! I’m no way near VIP spend, but it helps to be relaxed and calm anyway lol

bc being anxious just makes any wait seem longer.

good luck

So you already know not to get nervous right? Hang in there and try to let things amble along on their merry way; you'll be less stressed/happier, and your SA will be relieved that you're not all about the bags. Buy stuff you like, and try to give your SA some sense of why you like/don't like things; it will help her to make better recommendations and you won't feel like you're being pushed into buying stuff you don't want because she'll know what to recommend, and you'll be thrilled as you slide down that orange, cashmere lined chute, with the rest of us! :flowers:
Thank you - very wise words!

How is everyone getting offer for Quota this years in Madison ? What is the likely spent for k25 hold on gold you would say ?

Also for sale I asked SA but was told invite comes from corporate , is it true ?

Thank you in advance
Last year I received two quota bags in the first half of the year. This year, I received one in September. Still waiting for the second one and hoping for some Christmas magic. It's definitely been slower for me this year....I may or may not get the second QB. K25 is competitive but I didn't have a crazy prespend on non-leather (less than 0.5x) when I was offered mine. However, I did purchase a mini Lindy and Picotin prior to the K25 sellier.

I had to stop by Madison to drop off an Avalon for repair. The boutique was swamped. There had to be a 100 or so people on the first floor as I had to walk by them to get to the elevator. When I got up to 5 and was speaking with one of the after sales folks, she mentioned that it’s been like that almost every Saturday since they opened the new store. She then also said that because of the popularity, they’re going to be expanding to the store to the left and taking over the John Lobb building.

I am currently traveling outside the US, and am already missing this Madison store (and my SA who is very kind) so much. I feel so lucky to have this site as my "home store."

If they are expanding it, will there be another major renovation work then? (I thought the current site is so beautiful as it is...)

Yes!!! Despite the relative visual size the store floors are SOOO compact through 4. I suspect the stock area is fairly large but more space is going to make it better. When I’m in RTW I feel like I’m in a couture size space with a Walmart population.

Ok ok. A Target population. 😂😂

It’s just so busy. Doesn’t help that women’s RTW and shoes are both cramped in one area. Would be better if shoes had as dedicated a space as handbags. Wait do I need to become an Hermes store designer?

I agree! I think the space for the shoe section is too small considering it's a Maison and should have its own area, not in the middle of the RTW. The way they have the couches set up also kind of closes off the area. Should we send a design plan to corporate??

Hello everyone!
I have a huge favor to ask. Please give me your opinion. I’m so confused with my SA’s behavior. I’ve been shopping for 3 years and she pretty much offered me a SO almost right away. She also offered 1 Const while I was waiting. ( but she didn’t offer anything else during 2 years). She was nice, but we didn’t vibe exactly every time I was visiting. It was a bit strange - one time we Vibed, another time it felt like strictly business. After I received my SO 6 month ago I went away for the summer. and once I was back I texted her to make an appt and she said she’s busy till the end of the year. I asked her to mail me some things and at first she agreed but then she went mia. I have so many occasions to buy things and she’s not responding and it’s just so confusing. What do I do? Why can she be like that? Did I do anything wrong?

Have you told her what bags you want? What items have you bought? How often have you been going in? What are the items you asked her to mail you? I feel like we are missing a lot of information to give advice.

I mean it's their job to sell things, so business attitude seems fine to me? Feel free to add more info
