Bukky was recommend by a SA I met on the main floor during my first visit at Madison Ave. I'm surprised she's no longer there. I'm glad you found a new SA that was helpful. Congrats!
Thank you, I got my other Gold 35B from her as walk-in.I was shocked and so frustrated when I heard she was no longer with the company, but now I'm guessing I will get more bags from my SAs.
