Hi ladies. Thanks again for your suggestions. I am back from my trip. It's been a whirlwind of a week for me. Sadly I am coming back empty handed in the handbag department from this trip.
We went to both and the SAs didn't seem very friendly at Madison. We enjoyed the Wall Street location more. It is as you described and I had a few good laughs with the SA who entertained me with scarf tying. I was told twice that for a B and K the stores tend to serve their clients first and that I need to put my name down with an SA back in California. The problem is I haven't been able to shop at any one store the past few years...I'll keep trying!
I did not come away empty handed though...I'll get some pics up soon.
Sorry to hear about your experience. I like the Madison store and the staff. I can't complain about the Madison store. I've been upstairs, downstairs and treated well, approached by more than 1 SA. I still haven't been offered a B or K.
Maybe next time with the handbags. It is the sales manager who makes the decision. I personally feel uncomfortable buying items that I don't need or want only to get a bag.
Can't wait for your reveal!
