Thanks, where do u live in Cali? I'm from SF. I never bother go to the stores in Cali because I already know the B,K game is hard in west coast. IMO Madison ave and Vegas are the most easy places to get B,K without buying things that you don't want

I am in LA which is probably one of the worst places to be for B/K game. I used to be in SF and I had an SA there but a bag wasn't on my radar then.
I am however going to lean towards SA in Las Vegas. There was one that has been quite helpful to me even though I haven't been able to buy anything from her.
BH is okay, at least they have good inventory. SCP is the worst place. A friend of mine is a SA in one of the boutique at SCP, She told me even she want a bag from H store in SCP, she need buy something worth over 10k at least to get the bag she might don't even like the color. Me and all my friends never got offered for B and K at SF store.
I actually dislike BH service but they have the inventory.
That is a horrible story for SCP!
Couldn't agree more SCP is the worst place on EARTH to hunt for the B or K seriously!!!!!
I don't have any issue shopping in the Madison Avenue store only so worry now that

When you have a relationship w a SA you never want them to go!
When did he leave? Did he transfer?
He left about 2 weeks ago & believe me this is a great loss to Hermes..
Besides being the number one seller, he was just so delightful & charming
in addition to being a familiar face, it is sad for me to know he is not there
any longer.. 15 years is a very long time to have a SA...

Another dear lovely tpf-er and I have been PM'ing about this for the past 2 weeks - upsetting and disappointing development.
And I agree with you completely, it is a GREAT loss to Hermes. He took such good care of his "folks".
The lovely tpf-er who just heard from G has indicated he is well and happy (sorry to disappoint all those who would have thought otherwise....)
I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up with "D" at H (not Hermes)
He was my SA and I am sad he is gone.
Wow I wonder about that, D is very happy in her new job and I would not be surprised to see G there.
According to my friend, SA's on the silks floor at Madison can also sell Birkin/Kelly bags now...
