Even in this case, may I understand that the purchase will be counted for my SA? I was not sure about this because the receipt was different from the one received when I purchased items at the store and my SA’s name didn’t appear on that receipt.

Yes and no. Yes your SA will get a commission, but no since it's not from the store's stock the SM won't care for it. A QB requires both SA asking for you, and the SM's final approval.
Thank you. Now I understand that when everybody talks about prespend, it means how much I spent to buy something from the particular store. But I am relieved that at least my purchase will partially incentivize my SA to advocate for me.
IMO only, it will drive a person crazy to count everything as prespend or not. Simply shop as you would normally and eventually good things will happen. It is not like you reach X ratio and your bag spontaneously manifests.

IMO, it’s a toss up. Madison might have more deep spending clients , but it gets a lions share of the stock
MP famously has very friendly SAs, and loyal MP clients get great offers
i would try both and see if you prefer one stores ambiance over another, or if you happen to click with a particular SA
ETA: if one is not a fan of other boutique offerings, it will be difficult to get an offer from either location

I have been shopping at MP store for three months with the same SA. When I called him to make an appointment and tell my wish to purchase Bearn small wallet (I didn’t specify any spec as I am opent to any color and hardware), he told me that he cannot gurantee the stock and keep it for me. What do you think of this implication? Does this mean I am not an important customer for him? Or, is it true that SA cannot hold even one stock of slg for customer?
I think you should consider narrowing the request to specific colors or hardware since this ask is vague and your SA can’t hold every variation.
