Does anyone have experience being surprised by being offered QB without getting a text message beforehand from SA?

PS. I saw a comment saying that the huge shipment arrived at the Madison store last weekend - does anyone have any update on this? I am wondering if the huge QB offers were made.
Yes. After my first offer, which came by email, my SA has offered QBs during shopping trips.

Yes... I've had that happen several times actually... usually at the end of the visit.

a dear friend just got a fabulous limited edition K offer at MP (but I think it was part of the huge shipment)

my last offer of 25B quadrille came before the Mother’s Day rush, but I rejected bc I picked up a 28K quadrille from an FSH visit last year. (My SAs know I love black, white, and toile)
 
That's a good idea, I will try that. do you think a SA that is that unresponsive would be able to help me out with my wishlist? She has delivered to me in the past but it was a chase and a rather stressful experience.
Realistically speaking, no SA would help you out with QBs on your wishlist until they see that you can put in a healthy spend with them. Even if you get a new SA, you'd still risk getting "ghosted".

Don't mind spending as I've heavily spent in the past and am still doing, just overseas as i was temporarily relocated for work. But not sure whats the etiquette in switching SA in the same store :/

As far as I know, switching SAs in the same store is not preferred by the SM if you do not have a legit issue with your current SA (I could be wrong but this is my impression). I would maybe try to work it out with my current SA and if it still doesn’t feel right, then I’d consult with the SM for a solution. But not responding to text is not abnormal because SAs have limited time per day to respond to remote clients due to the high volume of in-store customers.

In that case I don't think you have much too worry about. :) Purely anecdotally a friend of mine shops at Madison, she switched SA earlier this year due to similar reason, and she's having a great time shopping with her new SA the past few months; she's already been offered a B25 in a popular color.

I have a friend who simply started shopping with a new SA at Madison without any drama or issue. Her new profile is healthy and she’s been offered 25B etc. IMO, if you are willing to spend (and possibly start fresh); are polite; low maintenance; and don‘t cause stress or drama, its fine. Madison SAs are inundated with clients at this point, but if you aren’t getting the level of service you want, it is entirely your prerogative to shop with whomever you wish.

That's great to hear, was worried my current SA would be offended, but she must have so many clients at this point that she probably doesn't care.

So, my SA created an online account using his phone and made an order through the website, having the sandal delivered to my home directly. Will this purchase be counted toward the purchase history of the MP store? I understand that online purchase is generally not. I paid at the store using a cash register operated by my SA.

I have had my SA order items online and have them sent to my home a few times while I was shopping at the boutique. I’m pretty sure it counts for the SA, as I have asked him if it is better for him if he orders it.

Counts for the SA only, not the MP store.
