I agree a pop up makes so much sense! Although the location has been too convenient for additional shopping at neiman since it’s located right between Nordstrom and NM. It’s a cute little store

I was there yesterday. It wasn’t busy at all. The nice gentleman SA told me that they will only carry perfume, some accessories (hat, belts, etc.) and shoes. Lots of Paris loafers along with oran sandals (cute teddy ones too) on display along w/ bouncing sneakers and some boots. That was pretty much it. I was in and out within 10 mins lol
Depends how the transition to a new SA is handled, but yes it’s possible. you are staying within the same boutique after all. the way I’ve seen it handled is one goes in person to see if there is another SA that they personally click with, and slowly transition out.
re whether a new SA will accommodate finding a list of texted items for you to pick up, IDK. I think that’s not the norm In these days of limited stock and overwhelming demand (It was different during Covid SIP) . It is my impression and from speaking to other TPFers, that management wants to save in store stock for in person client visits. I would be taken aback by your SA’s response, but I really only use texts as a means to make an appt.

I'd switch if they're consistently short with you in person and via text, email, etc. My SA has never encouraged me to buy online- she's always been willing to transfer items, do voxpay or click and collect if something is on the website. Now because of stock, she's fine with me trying the website if I see something she hasn't been able to get. The context makes a big difference, but her attitude and customer service remains the same.
I’m relatively new to Hermes and my SA would never reply like this. Usually, I ask if she has something in stock and if it is not and I am seriously considering buying it I ask if she can bring it into the store for me to see/try. She is always willing to do so and has actually discouraged me from buying online (to build my profile). I’ve gotten many beautiful items this way!
That being said, maybe she was having a bad day and perhaps visit the store if you can. I always like giving people the benefit of the doubt. My SA tells me all the time that people come into the store extremely pushy and rude, she may have had a day like that. I hope that is all it was!!
It feels like stock level is super low at the moment. I got a qb in April, but since then haven't been able to get any other non-qb items (shoes, jewelry, misc accessories). Or maybe just my bad luck. *shrug*
No not bad luck, a lot of shoe inventory was given to the pop up in Roosevelt for their opening. I received a QB in March and likely won’t get another til around year end and am fine cuz I know how low inventory is. But rtw just came in this week the white and black colorway for fall, a lot was sold the first day but still some pieces left. I was able to finally pick up a twilliane in a neutral color today. And some teddy bear orans

I thought QB were limited to one per year in the US now?
RTW is scarce, but yes, I got a B25 Sellier gold, PHW recently. Depends on your relationship with your SA and of course your purchase history. I’m at least 3X, but probably closer to 5X (with DHs spend) but I was waiting for the right bag to come along.
my SA would never tell me to buy on line. But, if I ask him for x item, he might check himself if it’s on line or in the warehouse And arrange for me to get it. But, I’m not all that fussed if I cannot get something. My SA and I joke that the all black chypres may be harder than a bag lol.
@elliesaurus , it’s my understanding that it’s still 2 QB, but stock scarcity may make that one QB in reality. Probably depends on what you want and your relationship.

Ah, that makes sense. Uh oh, don't tell my husband. I just got a bag that I had been waiting for and I told my husband we were done for the year! ...but if my SA calls and something else comes along, I don't know if I could resist.
