I was there yesterday too and they weren’t busy at all. The shelves were pretty empty and 2 Evelyns were there, couple rodeos and many croc SLGs.
Then I went to MP, same thing with 1 Evelyn there and Herbag backpack.

but my SA said new shipment are coming in soon(not sure how soon).. so finger crossed

I was at MP on Wednesday afternoon to pick up an order and several other things was shown a GP36 in Gold Leather and picked up an E40 in Etain.

I am finally giving up on Vegas :crybaby:and moving my business to NYC. I plan to head to Madison this week. Would someone let me know if I need to make an appointment or can just do walk-in? I would prefer the latter to browse and then approach someone I might vibe with when I am ready to make my purchases. I know this is such a basic inquiry and I too roll my eyes when I come across these type of posts, so thank you for persisting in advance and letting me know your thoughts. (And in case you were wondering why choose Madison? Wall is very inconvenient for me and, while I have heard good things about MP for sure, at this point, I would rather go to a store with more selection + I cannot wait for the reunited flagship reopening.)

You can walk in to Madison. No appointment necessary. I’d avoid Saturdays since it can get very busy then.

You can walk in, and from my experience, I'd recommend browsing on the first floor and up, see if you hit it off with an SA, and then if you want to see leathers downstairs, have them escort you downstairs. All SAs in the store can walk into the stock room and ask for items to show. I have found the leather SAs to be very cold to newcomers, but they warm up if introduced through another SA. Hope it works out for you!

You can definitely walk in and browse. I’d recommend going on a weekday when they first open. I find it to be so nice to be in a mostly empty store, so I won’t be overcrowded or rushed. I do always make an appt so my SA can dedicate the time to chat and browse with me and not have to run back and forth between clients. so I definitely recommend making an appt once you find someone you like.

Thank you! So would you say if the bags are included. Would my spend ratio end up being more like 2:1 or 3:1 to even request for a BKC?
You can ask your SA for wishlist. Like @KristinS said above, it’s better that you spend across all departments. Your SA is the one who has to present you to SM for the B/K. They look through all your profile and purchases history. Good luck!
