I don’t think it’s bizarre at all. The SM correctly imo did not hand out personal contact info of a former employee. This is standard practice. If you changed employers or retired would you want your former employer handing out your personal contact info to any of your former clients? As suggested by 880, if you want to try to get in touch with him send a letter addressed to your old SA at the Wall Street store and hopefully it will be forwarded to your old SA.Unfortunately the SA I bought things from didn't overlap with him, and the store manager refused to tell me. He was the only SA I worked with at wall st. Why I seeked help here.
