Unfortunately the SA I bought things from didn't overlap with him, and the store manager refused to tell me. He was the only SA I worked with at wall st. Why I seeked help here.
I found it bizzare that they wouldn't even give me an email.

I don’t think it’s bizarre at all. The SM correctly imo did not hand out personal contact info of a former employee. This is standard practice. If you changed employers or retired would you want your former employer handing out your personal contact info to any of your former clients? As suggested by 880, if you want to try to get in touch with him send a letter addressed to your old SA at the Wall Street store and hopefully it will be forwarded to your old SA.

Sadly, this is probably standard operating practice in this day and age, but I wouldn’t hesitate to send your card. Or even text him via his work phone or email; perhaps it won’t bounce back IDK

Progress on the new Hermes Madison ave store that will open September 2022. They were installing roof windows. SA told me there will be cafe and terrace garden.

It looks like the new store will be 1-2 doors down the street from Goyard. Oh, that's going to be soooo dangerous to my wallet when I visit NYC...

It is in Manhattan. The new store is basically Madison ave location moving up one block.

I won’t miss running up to the jewelry floor with a bag to hold it up against one of the windows to see what the color looks like in natural light lol.
