That really sucks. I had planned to go to the boutique today and have been planning from several weeks - oh well, it wasn’t meant to be I guess.
Planned closure and announced on the website. The Madison men’s store and Beverly Hills are closed today as well. My SA told me last month that some stores would be closing for Monday’s in December due to no stock availability so I’m curious if this is a part of that.
This is newly updated. I checked on the site once saw the post about closing today, there was none about closing.
I had checked the website a couple weeks ago and called the helpdesk as well, there was no mention of the closure on either of the sources and I’d specifically asked for the 20th as i was planning my stay based on this. Boutique phone mentions “exceptional circumstances”.

They have only 3 twillies on the tray on last Friday. Maybe good for you not to waste the time there
Men and women closed today too and again NO update on the website when I checked after 10am. Yesterday when I called ghe helpdesk they CONFIRMED definitely open on Tuesday. So its definitely not a planned closure.
I was actually being optimistic thinking they got a HUGE shipment and were going through inventory hence the unexpected closure - oh well…
Based on all closures throughout the city, my guess (based on no evidence at all) is that too many of the staff tested positive for Covid to keep it open.
Yes - I thot so too - that there might’ve been recent exposure….like u based on pure assumption and no evidence whatsoever.
And i also think that the reason why they keep pushing out the opening date, is because they are waiting for covid test results which are significantly backed up due to the sheer volume of tests being conducted in the city. Hopefully once everyone is cleared, they should be back up and running.
