Based on all closures throughout the city, my guess (based on no evidence at all) is that too many of the staff tested positive for Covid to keep it open.

Separate question. Did anyone here work with Fe Luis on Wall Street before? If so, do you happen to have his contact info? I worked with him for more than ten years, and I was informed that he retired last year (I wasn't shopping at Hermes during covid)...I would love to write him a card.

I went to the boutique today but they said they had nothing (or couldn't share). So I figured I would try my luck here...Thank you

Yes - I thot so too - that there might’ve been recent exposure….like u based on pure assumption and no evidence whatsoever.
And i also think that the reason why they keep pushing out the opening date, is because they are waiting for covid test results which are significantly backed up due to the sheer volume of tests being conducted in the city. Hopefully once everyone is cleared, they should be back up and running.

Stopped by Madison earlier. It was buzzing SA did mention that stock is trickling in and that they’re moving back to a 3 days in store and bringing phones back on days not in store.

@Brooklynite, many of the SAs at Wall St and at Madison knew your SA well. if you address correspondence to him to the store, I am sure there is a procedure by which someone would notify him or forward it.

Unfortunately the SA I bought things from didn't overlap with him, and the store manager refused to tell me. He was the only SA I worked with at wall st. Why I seeked help here.
I found it bizzare that they wouldn't even give me an email.
