So hubs said the SM said originally it was confirmed which is why SA’s were notifying clients but now it’s up in the air but will get confirmation by next week but MP is for sure closed. But most likely will be closed because inventory is so low. Hubs said there were perfumes and boots in the display cases in leather and even notebooks! He said it was a sad affair

Oh - I assumed your hubby was visiting the MP store but sounds like he visited Madison instead (?) and that's where the stock was depleted? I just reread your previous message. This was Madison :sad:
Let's hope Santa makes a special visit a few days prior to Christmas :-s

No I shop mostly at the Madison location, and hubs was at Madison today. Their stock has been depleted for months, most of the inventory they have now is from their vault

I think it’s because some clients are getting upset about it. While hubs was there today he overheard another client yell at an SA about not having any stock. Also, honestly with little to no stock and the SA’s working so hard during these crazy times, I think they deserve a break. And really waiting two weeks to shop isn’t a huge hardship

Are you trying to request the appointment from H's website? I'm seeing appointments available at Meatpacking up to December 24.
