Hermes In Milan

Hi,

Just came back from Milan last week.

Spent thousands euro at the 1st floor. Bought sandal,shirt,bracelets,tie,etc. Then i asked for birkin or kelly they said they dont have it,and they will open orders on July.

Not long after that I saw a lady just refused a 35 birkin gold. Then I asked the sales lady if I can have it. They said it's already reserved for other customers.

The service was cold and im not planning to come back.

That is most probably true. EU stores usually have a list of a few names for one bag. If that customer did not take the bag, they will call the next one on the list and so on....

In italy the hermes stores have the bag only for clients ,if they have a birkin or a kelly bag they don't show in the store ,only other bags.

How is the stock in general? Good?

How about Monday morning? Some told me that the shops are usually closed also for the morning until 3pm.
