The spend on bag charms is so minimal I don't think it'll make a huge impact unless you're buying 5+ in one go. Some bag charms are highly coveted e.g. very unusual rodeos/quelle idole charm/twilly kelly so I don't know if they really 'count' because they're somewhat held back for VIP clients.

Re SLGs, I think they do to an extent, especially if you're buying croc. An item like a Kelly or Constance To go wouldn't count because again, they are highly coveted items. If your profile was full of only SLGs then I don't think they'd really count. But an SLG and rodeo amongst a profile full of other items, surely does count. When an SA opens your profile they can actually see the entire spend under your account.

Thanks for the detailed explanation ! Do you think SAs can view Online purchases too !? I understand online purchases do not count towards QB but still !?

I am very reluctant to buy online cause the SA isn't getting any commission. Hence, less motivation to help source a QB.

100% agree. I only ever buy online if there is an item I super super love, and the SA has confirmed the store doesn't have it/won't have it so online is the only way to acquire it.

Good luck, I know it's really tough right now with bags (around the world) and although Melbourne is not my home store, I know it won't be easy there.

I need advice! I am getting my first quota bag and I wanted rose sakura constance 18 with gold hardware. My SA has offered me rose sakura constance 18 with silver hardware. She said they didn't receive any rose sakura with gold hardware. She doesn't know when the rose sakura constance 18 will come in the gold hardware.
Should I wait for the gold hardware or just get the silver?
I can't decide!!!

Firstly congrats on your first QB!It's tricky when it's the hardware issue isnt it? Do you think you would keep thinking of one with gold hardware if you get the one with silver hardware? If you will, I would say just wait for one with gold hardware as that's what your heart really wants. But go have a look at it first, if the silver hardware makes your heart sing definitely go for it. Im sure you have the right / option to reject it if it's not really the one you want. Good luck and we will await for your update!

as far as I am aware and have been told by multiple SAs/SMs, rose sakura with ghw is VERY VERY rare, that is IF it's even being made by H at the moment. You may be waiting a long time for it, hope this helps.

Hi guys,
This is my first time joining the forum, hope you all welcome me ☺.
And I have a question. I don't live in Melbourne, but i visited melbourne once and i bought some items at the store hoping to buy a bag. The total amount I pay at 1 same store is about $5000. But there is 1 problem i have. I want to ask for SA's contact but she said if i need anything i just call the store phone number, she don't give me email or personal phone number, this is very different SA from Singapore store. So is that everyone who wants to contact SA calls through the store number or what?
Please let me know.
