Hello!

I am very interested in buying either a Kelly/Birkin... But it's so difficult to even get one. Does anyone know of any good resellers in any cities in Australia, in particular Melbourne & Sydney? I live in Melbourne.

Thankssss! :smile1:

Hi ladies

I am new to Hermes I usually post in the LV tread but started thinking I would like to add a birkin to my life!

Does anyone know what a birkin 30 starts at in Melbourne store and wait list time? I would love a pink ot tan or white is white crazy to purchase hard to keep clean?
Thanks Bella

Hello all! New to purseforum. Anyway I've purchased a few things from there. Nothing grand...YET! I did get the Hermes X Kongo Graff a few months back XD

Sending out my sympathy to fellow shoppers. I've had a few run ins with *those* sales assistants as well. lol

Hi
I was wondering if when you buy online in Australia it goes into your recorded purchasing history?

Also, do the Hermes shops generally have a good range of clic clacs and kelly double tours in black? And the horn pendant I want is in stock.

The online store has heaps at the moment and I am unsure whether to just buy them or wait afew weeks to visit a store...Do you ever call a store and ask them to hold afew variations for you to try?

What do you think?

Thanks.

I don't think it 'goes' in history at the stores as such. I could be wrong, but at
least for inventory purposes, and based on what I was told at the Sydney store, online is separate to stores.

If you love something and it's online, then get it online because the store may not have it. You can try asking over the phone, and I've had several things put aside for me until I can get into the store, but Ive never asked to hold more than a few days. There is no substitute to developing a relationship with SAs in person, so if you can wait... Good luck!

Thanks Gixxer,

I decided to buy the two smaller items online as I wont be able to get to a store for a week or so.
The other things can wait and I will try some variations on.
Happy shopping.

Hermes Melbourne is amazing...the SAs have been kind to me and managed to score SBII from Susan recently. She explained that there is a quota and its usually for the
local customers but after seeing that I am a serious Hermes buyer and after I explained to her that my local store almost always have nothing for me she offered me Birkin 40 or SBII. The 40 was too big so I instantly grabbed the SBII :) YAY!!

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if there are any members from Melbourne out there that have acquired a Birkin from the Collins St store.
I have rang and gone in multiple times and Suzie always informs me Collins St does not stock Birkins and the wait-list is closed for that store.
Could this be because I have only ever bought a few Clic-Clacs.
Any Aussies out there being luckier?
