I've been going in monthly (when I am there for work) and I've regularly seen picotins, garden party bags and double sens.

I tend to buy scarves and they have a good assortment. And there always seems to be plenty of bracelets and such. Then again, I don't look at these much so not sure if they are the more popular items.

Thanks for the info :)
I've been looking for kelly dog extreme and leather charms, Hermes stores in Singapore and Indonesia are always out of stock, so I'm hoping I can find these in Melbourne, anyone knows how much more expensive Hermes in Australia comparing to Singapore?

There was a really good selection of bracelets at the store, when I was there earlier in the month they sold two extreme bracelets that morning. Price not too different after tax refund unless the exchange rate rises.

Is this a current colour on the waitist?

Also does anyone know if you get on the waitlist do you pay up front or a deposit ?

Bellarose you really need to have a look through this thread. It will give you a better understanding of how Hermes works.

It's unlikely that Melbourne will order any bags for you without a pre existing relationship (though locals will know better). Your best bet is to go through a re-seller (see the list in the sticky above) to get exactly the bag you want.

Bellarose there is no waitlist at Melbourne and they don't take orders. Most Birkins and Kellys go to existing customers.

Whenever I visit there is someone asking for one, the SA are lovely though. If all you want is a Birkin and nothing else Hermes then re-sellers is a good way to go.
Good luck.

Many "resellers" sell brand new store bags, with an addition for themselves but for many this is a good option.

If you read some of the other threads about the subject you may feel better about that path.
Otherwise keep trying with the Australian stores, I have found the Brisbane and Gold Coast stores offer great over the phone service.

I hope you find your dream bag.

Thanks ladies but I want new if I am spending that sort of money!!! the resellers are way over priced on these bags second hand and more than retail its not fair!!!

Agree that resellers are way over priced.

Try to give gold coast store a call. I just got an orange lindy from them earlier the month. They seem to have more stock than Melb store when I was there last time. I bought a bearn wallet and they asked me if I am looking for any bags. So I put down my wishlist. If you need my SA's name, I can PM you her name and phone number. I am hoping I will be offer a B or K one day. *fingers crossed* But the downside is they don't transfer to the melb store nor accept credit card payment electronically. You will have to either fly in (if u r not in GC) to pay and pick it up or bank transfer and ship it to you

Thanks so much for that information yes pm me her name and number that would be great!! I would fly up if I could get a new birkin in the colour I want, I was watching one on ebay in a pink I like it went from $5k to $ 18k within days it's such a crazy price for a bag!!!
