I went to the melbourne store...wish i knew to go only on a saturaday...met the lovely sm tht you gals were all talking about...wanted the nicer sa to serve me but the sm outright told her to stand aside...

saw a beautiful black lindy in 30cm...what i have always been looking for - design wise, size wise, colour wise...in other words it was the bag! except i didnt want to ruin my first leather purchase with the horrid reminder of the day...she wouldnt let me "touch" the bag...how the heck was i suppose to buy the bag then? she had this look of horrior when i tried to remove the stuffing to look inside the bag, (she did it with gloves) and held the bag so far away i thought i was looking at a museum display item...and when i tried it over my shoulder she had this disapproving look all the time!

she also wouldnt let me play with the scarves...she told me i could ONLY hold the scarve up against my face...

no wonder the store is so well-stocked!

UGH she is just awful! She's lucky I don't live in Melbourne and only do phone orders with that store, otherwise I would go in and give her a mouthful :lecture:

hi ladies,

Suzie can be unpleasant at most time! and I was told that I can't place an order for a B25 because the H melbourne store's quota is not big enough to get B other than 30/35 from Paris. Is it true??

yeh it is true..probably the quota isnt big enough cos the store doesnt make enough sales..probably cos of the horrible customer service lol..
i heard the more sales a store acquires..the more birkin orders they are allowed to order from paris for the yr..something along those lines
