just out of curiosity,
have you got the bag you ordered? since it's already 4 years past. if yes, when did u get it?
Well, i placed a few orders actually 3 years back. i have got nothing. and i did go into the store now and then to buy some small goods to keep a relationship

That doesn't sound encouraging.
Did you ask them to contact you if something in your specs came in?
They are notorious for taking details and never calling as the number of enquiries/requests is huge. I hope this is not the case for you

haha, those are not the important things.
what i find really annoying is the store manager, called sushi or something. she argues and shouts loud to customers.
at least i got shout because she didn't like me to constantly asking whether they had a bag for me.
I started to feel that it is intimidating and scary to walk into Hermes Melbourne Boutique. i just think that Paris Headquarter should make a wise decision and get us a new manager.

Really ? I have only found Suzi nothing but absolutely polite and professional. I pop in occasionally as I have a black with ghw birkin on order and casually mentioned I would be interested in an etoupe also. Have just received a call to let me know an etoupe is coming in early July and I was asked if I would be interested. Of course I said yes and I am waiting for my new baby to arrive.

I don't really know what's your case but the manager, Susie (not sushi) had been serving me in well manner, why not share your story on you got shouted?

I've been on the waiting list for a couple of years, but I think that is partially my fault as I had a raisin on order, went to FSH and was lucky enough to get one, changed the order to black with gold and casually mentioned I like gris, so was offered a gris one a couple of months later which I was unable to take.... have been kicking myself ever since. I think I went back on the list a tad, so have been popping in and have been told I should have my black with ghw this year, now have been offered an etoupe which I also mentioned I would be interested in. So rather thrilled and quite hope my black does not arrive too soon after the etoupe.

i didnt..only because i changed my number multiple times and never bothered to inform hermes..so shrugs..but i did manage to build a relationship with suzie and got a white 35 with ph..this was 2 yrs ago tho
