There is no definitive answer, some people have received one only weeks later others wait years. ATM there is no guarantee you will even get on the list or get a call back - sorry to sound a downer.

Has anyone been into Melbourne recently? Curious as to anything in Vert Gris availabe, I would love to see this colour in real life. TIA.

Hi citrus. I was in store the other day but was in and out really quick. Got myself a scarf and the scarf ring to go with it... Didn't really browse or make enquiry on the bag... Reason being, I had hubby with me and didn't want him to know of my evil plan lol.

OMG! I think among all the luxury goods! Hermes got the worst service n attitude in Melbourne!! What we have done to deserve this kind of services! Don't forget at the end customer is the one who buy n help maintain the value of the bag! I got the worst services I ever received for such big brand!

What happened?? It does happen in a few luxury stores unfortunately! I'm definitely not a fan of SA's with attitudes!

Heaps of Evelynes in there yesterday - and also a black Constance and a toolbox. Have a good selection of enamels & scarves. The Ex-L en K shawl in #2 (i think it is) is also in.

Dear Chloe , did u hv any issues when u carried ur Constance back? I met same problem when I took my lindy for claiming gst back today
