Hermes Hawaii

Although you can technically do this, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are planning to spend loads as it would be a shame to not be offered a bag because of two weak accounts rather than having one strong account.
I’m in Hawaii rn. I went to H store in Waikiki. The line was so long, when I got in there was nothing. The SA that I worked with previously is no longer with Hermes, some random SA helped me. I asked for a Constance slim wallet, she said there is none, she didn’t even checked. I saw the other SA opened a drawer that labeled “Constance slim” I left the store empty handed. My hubby said to go back in line and have a diff SA help you. I did and was able to score a Roulis slim Black lizard. She didn’t have a Kelly belt with ghw to match it.
Yesterday I went to Ala Moana store to get the belt. I also asked the sa for anything mini, knowing that it’s a long To my surprise, the SA there offered me a mini bolide alligator in blue unit with phw. As cute as it was, I decided not to take her home. I told my sa that I won’t reach for it that much if I purchase it.
I went to look for ties for hubby while she went back inside and brought out a Constance slim wallet lizard in Gris Tourterelle with phw. I was over the moon. Of course I need to get the matching Kelly 18 belt in Etoupe to go with it.
I thought that was it for me. While I made my way to the register to pay, I was jokingly told her that she should go back inside and check if there’s anything hiding on the shelves. Lolz.
She went back inside for a long time, good sign!! She came back with a box wrapped in plastic and asked us to go inside the room. She offered me a Black mini Constance rghw.
I was over the Moon once again. We paid and left the itemswe purchased at the store since we have the two kiddos with us and still wanted to walk around and shop.
Several hours after, we went back to pick up our items. She told me she has a rodeo pm pegase which is one of my wishlists.
I think they do have inventory, but a lot less than before. All the desirable items are hidden inside. Nothing really on display even the shoes. It really depends on your luck. I am very fortunate that ever time I visit H store in Hawaii, I score some type of exotic leathers to take home. Not gonna pie, going with hubby and the kiddos really help. Good luck ladies!!

I was in Hawaii for about two weeks (including visiting another island for a few days). Visited both Waikiki and Ala Moana then decided to go with Waikiki after looking around and feeling the vibe. I had to stand in line for about an hour with other visitors before entering the store(there are more people in Waikiki than in Ala Moana).

On my first visit, I bought a pair of boots. SA gave me her card and asked me to give her any wishlists and said she would text me if they get any shipments or if there are any available stock. Gave her my lists (all non-quota bags) and waited for her call. After about a week, she texted me that she has a lindy 26 in mauve but I had to pass (the pickup schedule was difficult as I was planning to travel to another island and wanted lindy26 in a neutral color) and there were no follow-up calls/messages afterward.

Before giving up my hope, I texted my SA for the last time that I would like to visit the store before leaving. She texted me back that she has a roulis slim in lizard skin and then added... that she has a mini lindy in mauve color but said that it is almost a quota bag as it is difficult to get and asked me whether I would be interested in seeing any other items. I told her that I am and made an appointment.

On the last visit to the store, I bought jewelry for my pre-spending and got mini lindy mauve. The bag is lovely and I'm happy that I scored something that I would cherish for a long time. Hope my experience would be helpful to other ladies who have plans to visit.

Thank you for sharing! I have always wondered in these situations- how much extra goodies are they hoping you will get. Especially towards the end of a trip, I would have bought everything I wanted already! Did your SA give you a hint prior to showing you the bag? :amuse: Last time my SA reserved me a bag in Hawaii, he instantly showed it to me when I showed up for our appointment.

Yes, she did!! She told me that no B or K available. To be honest, I didn’t get my hope up. I’m pretty stoke with what I got

My SA did not show me the bag when I showed up for my appointment. I had to buy up other items until the amount is acceptable to see & get the bag.. but I’m happy that I have made a good purchase history (hopefully) and the items I purchased.
