I was in Hawaii for about two weeks (including visiting another island for a few days). Visited both Waikiki and Ala Moana then decided to go with Waikiki after looking around and feeling the vibe. I had to stand in line for about an hour with other visitors before entering the store(there are more people in Waikiki than in Ala Moana).

On my first visit, I bought a pair of boots. SA gave me her card and asked me to give her any wishlists and said she would text me if they get any shipments or if there are any available stock. Gave her my lists (all non-quota bags) and waited for her call. After about a week, she texted me that she has a lindy 26 in mauve but I had to pass (the pickup schedule was difficult as I was planning to travel to another island and wanted lindy26 in a neutral color) and there were no follow-up calls/messages afterward.

Before giving up my hope, I texted my SA for the last time that I would like to visit the store before leaving. She texted me back that she has a roulis slim in lizard skin and then added... that she has a mini lindy in mauve color but said that it is almost a quota bag as it is difficult to get and asked me whether I would be interested in seeing any other items. I told her that I am and made an appointment.

On the last visit to the store, I bought jewelry for my pre-spending and got mini lindy mauve. The bag is lovely and I'm happy that I scored something that I would cherish for a long time. Hope my experience would be helpful to other ladies who have plans to visit.
Would love to get the name of your SA if possible! I’m heading there in September and I’m hoping to get a mini lindy too.

Could you tell me if the Roulis slim lizard skin is Blue?

Hi!! I was wondering if you guys send your SA a wishlist for prespend items before your arrival or do you just see what is available when you get there? If yes, how far in advance do you let your SA know what you want? I know stock is low so I don’t want to “find” things to buy but I’m not sure if they actually put your prespend items aside for your visit or would that be a unrealistic request since they r so busy and don’t hold items that aren’t paid for until the day of the appointment.

I usually send a list of things I know I want to purchase about 1-2 months ahead, FJ for example so they have time to order, and schedule an appointment to go in and pick up when I will be there. I usually also send along my updated QB wishlist :D

Hahah I would love to send a QB list but I am working on establishing the relationship and don’t want to ruin it before it starts I’m already worried about even sending a wishlist of prespend before I get there. Don’t want to come off as entitled to them even holding items weeks to a month beforehand if at all!

I personally wouldn’t bother sending requests more than two weeks out (and would never send about bags, especially quota bags). Ten days - two weeks seems to be the standard amount of time needed to locate things and hold them (if they are so inclined) for any H store. Also don’t be surprised if the SA recommends just buying the items via link immediately and shipping them to you if you ask too early.

This is helpful! Thank you!!

I’m here now, arrived yesterday. Our room wasn’t available yet so I wandered down to the Waikiki store….only one person in front of me in line and they went straight in, I was only another minute behind (this was about 1:30 pm). I was introduced to a nice SA and I listed the items I was interested in, shoes, belts and SLG’s. We started with belts on the first floor and I immediately eyed the 32mm noir/gold with brushed gold hardware. They had my size (which I was surprised by) and I asked about the various SLG’s I was interested in…no Calvi Duos, one Bastia in a color I wasn’t interested in and no wallets in Bleu Indigo. Up to shoes, on the third floor, and I asked for the Oz mules in gold and the Orans in gold (both tall asks, I’m aware). No luck on the Oz, but the Orans were in stock in swift leather! I was shocked! She offered to ship the mules when they come in and then she mentioned handbags….. I was hesitant, but dove in and told her I was interested in an Evelyne TPM in a neutral color. They didn’t have any but she promised to follow up if anything arrived……4 hours later, I received a call from her….a TPM in Noir was arriving today!
I scheduled an appointment with her and arrived with DH….she was very excited to see me and on our way up to the private table in the third floor she asked if I was familiar with the mini Lindy….I said I had heard of it but hadn’t ever seen one. She asked me if I wanted to see it and I was instantly beside myself with excitement to be offered something so hard to get. She first brought out the TPM and I was surprised at how small it really is…..next came the mini lindy. I’ve honestly never been interested in this style as I didn’t feel it would work on my body type. It was very pretty…..Nata Clemence with PHW. It fit all my essentials easier than the TPM but it was “boxy” on me….both DH and DD (who I FT’d for an opinion), stated that. Long story, but ended up with the TPM….which is what I wanted originally (and the shoes and belt and an H Clic bracelet gift for DD). Very happy with my purchases and if anything on my shortlist comes in, my SA promised to contact me (we’re here through next Saturday). I do have to say that my SA was visibly disappointed that I didn’t purchase the ML, but it just wasn’t for me.
Here’s me with the ML (and new shoes and belt)…..and then the TPM and Clic.
Thanks for letting me share!

Thank you for sharing your H story! Love all your scores especially the Evie TPM  Enjoy your vacation in Hawaii!

I dont think it hurts to send a wish list for items, the worst thing they can say is they dont have it. My SA holds items for me that I didnt pay for. I am not sure if thats common practice, but I figured it was.

can SA order (or even reserve) items if you send them your wishlist? Or is it pure luck depending on the shipment those days we’re in Hawaii?
