Thanks for responding! I hope I can get one before the price increaseThey are always happy to give out Picotins and Evelynes these days. Mini Lindy will likely be much harder.

You'll probably need an account with them and some spend ($4k ish) and then it will come down to if the SA you are working with has any non-allocated in their allotment.I am planning to visit in mid June. Any one know if it's easy to get 24/24 mini these days? Any prepend required? Thank you~
Thank you so much for the info! Super helpful to know in advance to help me set my expectation. I'll reply back with the results. You'll probably need an account with them and some spend ($4k ish) and then it will come down to if the SA you are working with has any non-allocated in their allotment.
Hawaii has become very competitive. Quota bags are possible but require similar spend to the mainland and it is pretty unheard of to get one until at least the second trip (not second visit of one vacation but second trip back to the islands. They want to make sure you actually visit Hawaii often and will be a long term client.) They do however give out the lower tier non quota bags fairly easily with just a minimal purchase ($2-3k spend). Also, since you already have an account in CA, it may take an extra trip or two for them to be convinced that you have moved your loyalty to their store. Once you start shopping in HI on your account, best not to shop anywhere else or you'll reset yourself. My “home” in California has been unresponsive since I purchased a Picotin, I’m hopeful to try a NEW “home” in Waikiki while here on vacation. I’ve heard it’s THE place to win some points on QB. Is it true? I would love a K25 or K28.
I went initially to try on shoes, figure out my H size. The SA was kind enough to have me try on sneakers and loafers. Didn’t see anything I “needed”, but at least now I know my size. I inquired about the Constance slim wallet - and SA seemed happy to show me what they had. However, since I was running to dinner, I didn’t have time to really make a decision, so I said thank you - and said I would come back when I had more time. Nothing bought, but definitely intrigued.
With fear that I will yet again start another toxic H relationship, can someone please advise on the dialogue I should have with the SA here? I think I’m asking the wrong questions. Should I inquire about a wish list? I currently have none w my CA SA.
I think you are getting well ahead of yourself. Find some things that you love, buy them and establish the beginnings of a relationship. You are too early to talk wish list. Maybe the next trip.My “home” in California has been unresponsive since I purchased a Picotin, I’m hopeful to try a NEW “home” in Waikiki while here on vacation. I’m still a slow newbie - so I think I’m saying the wrong things…

Acrowcounted, you will appreciate this story. I told @880 and she understood the dynamic. I was born in Hawaii and consider myself a Kama’aina, or Hawaii local. My immediate family lives here and we visit at least yearly. However, my home store is Beverly Hills because I live in LA. I was in Hawaii for the summer and wanted to buy Hermie, the stuffed horse, for my child’s birthday. The Ala Moana SA took a look at my profile and refused to sell me anything, including Hermie, and said to go back to my home store. Needless to say, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced at any American Hermes store. I was not asking for anything else, just a stuffed horse.Hawaii has become very competitive.
