I bought two scarves from H.com today and now one of them has disappeared from the site. Does it mean I got the last one? If I did, I'm soooo happy I didn't wait any longer! I sure hope they still have one to ship to me...

Has anyone ever made a purchase from H.com and the item has been out of stock? I hope that doesn't happen with my scarf. Now I'm very nervous until Monday when it should ship out...
Hi K.H.LVoe - I have ordered 7 times from h.com, and unlike most posters, everything has been correct and nothing cancelled. I've even had great email support and phone support. When I ordered my black Victoria bag, it disappeared immediately from the website, but showed up promptly in two days in perfect condition, so I assume I got the only one they had. So I send you some of my good experience - let us know how it turns out, with pics of course.

I placed my first order from h.com (Swedish site) last Thursday. I instantly got an e-mail confirming my order. Later in the day they called from somewhere in Europe (she sounded French) to confirm my shipping adress and to double check my order and inform me that it would be shipped by fedex. The next day I got a confirmation mail that it had shipped. It should arrive tomorrow. I can't wait for my parcel. It is my first purchase from Hermes online.

Wow - they even called you! Congrats on your first order! Show us what you got when it arrives. My first order went without any problems and arrived super fast, so I hope there won't be any issues this time, either. it should ship out tomorrow I think, can't wait.

I have ordered 3 times via Hermes EU online store, all went smoothly. :smile1:1 day for order confirmation and shipment arrangement, then the parcel was shipped later, which normally takes 1 day by Fedex. I remembered that the French customer center called me for the confirmation on my order and shipping address during the first time. I think they have made some efforts during the last 2 years for their website. However, I do not really satisfy with their online customer support services, as I sent an enquiry regarding the repairment of my Bearn wallet, I received their reply after a week but nothing really helpful!:rain:

Well if I ever want to buy a Kelly, I must resist buying other things for the next year. It will for sure be difficult when I think of all the beautiful things I can buy for the same money as opposed to getting ONLY one bag.
