I didn't want to open a new thread about this but I do have a question if you send something back. If you ask for a refund, do you get a message once they refunded you? Or can you see it in 'your account' on their website? How do you know if they refunded you? I am asking because I sent something back a few weeks ago ( and it was delivered according to the track and trace number) but I haven't received the refund yet. So I was just wondering...
It's been more than two weeks now since they received it. Maybe this is normal but I was just curious since this was the first time I sent something back from their website and asked for a refund ;).

It's been more than two weeks now since they received it. Maybe this is normal but I was just curious since this was the first time I sent something back from their website and asked for a refund ;).

I've only returned one thing through Hermes.com. I think they sent me an email confirming the return but I'm not 100% sure on that. What I definitely remember is that it took a long time for the refund credit to show up on my bank card, longer than other retailers, I think more than two weeks.
 
Does anyone knows how long does the validation takes for first timer who place an order with Hermes.com ? TIA ;)
It's different each time. Usually the system send you an order confirmation right away, then anything could happen after that. It happened to me that I never hear from them again, like the order had never existed, no record at all. Sometimes they cancel the order without any reason. FRUSTRATING !! It's the people who works there DO NOT CARE.

OMG no record at all ? That's bad! But do you see your order in process in your account after logging in ?

No, no record at all, like it were never existed. A few times they canceled my orders without any reason. A few times sent me items with wrong size. Always something wrong, I try not to buy from H.com again. Love Hermes, just hate H.com and the people working there.
 
I 've bought a few things from Hermes website and each time I place an order, I get 2 emails. One is a confirmation email and the second one a shipping confirmation email within an hour from each other. This afternoon, I made an order and I already got the confirmation email but haven't got the shipping confirmation email. Does this mean my order will be cancelled? :cry:

Can someone tell me whether the given phone number is a US number ? And since this is the first time I order from the website ,I am not sure if anyone has encounter the same problem like me before and I worry the security issue . Anyone can help ? Thanks !

I just bought an orange picotin mm size on Hermes.com USA, and after I paid for it and checked back the site, I realized I bought the last one.... I know I should feel glad and lucky but now I am starting to worry I may have bought a return? I know I may be overreacting and too early to say before i receive my pico but now I just want to ask are Hermes.com's stocks always so scarce??? It's my first time buying from the site hence these questions........how was your experience getting items online on this official Hermes site overall???
