I just bought an orange picotin mm size on Hermes.com USA, and after I paid for it and checked back the site, I realized I bought the last one.... I know I should feel glad and lucky but now I am starting to worry I may have bought a return? I know I may be overreacting and too early to say before i receive my pico but now I just want to ask are Hermes.com's stocks always so scarce??? It's my first time buying from the site hence these questions........how was your experience getting items online on this official Hermes site overall???

yes very normal! just like the store, where sometimes in a shipment they only receive one bag. you are very lucky to have snatched it up!

I have not had very good experiences with the website- but it was with customer service- it is atrocious. In terms of the items purchased, I have not had a problem- the items I purchased were in perfect new condition. But because they do accept returns, I suppose there is always a concern that you could be receiving a return. I don't think that should be a problem. I would consider yourself lucky to get this bag- hopefully it will be in brand new condition and you will love it.
 
AHHHHH I got my answers now!!! My orange pico mm order is now cancelled!!!!!! Apparently the lady on the customer service line says their website has been acting up lately with wrong stocks info hence they didn't realize they don't have orange pico mm stock all along... SIGH.... she says the most reliable source on stock info is to keep watching online periodically but hey isn't that what I did just on this order??? Oh well first time no luck hopefully next online order will go smoother.......... :crybaby:

A few weeks ago I purchased a bracelet from Hermes on line but wasn't thrilled with the color and returned it. I quickly received the return notification from Hermes stating I would be credited promptly. I just checked my statement and see I was only credited $40. Far from what my bracelet cost.

I called Hermes this morning, they said they're having a system issue and weren't sure what it was or when it will be fixed??? So, If you made any purchases/returns from Hermes on-line be sure to check your statements for mistakes :tdown:

Anyone else have this problem?

Hermes.com is an absolute mess and even moreso since the redesign several months ago. Broken links, mistaken descriptions are routine. It's ridiculous that a company like Hermes can't get its act together on ecommerce. Many members have commented on it. Good luck with your order but there's really no telling how it'll turn out.

I agree...a month ago I returned a Clic Clac bracelet ordered on line and when I checked my cc statement they had only credited me $40... When I called them to report the error they weren't aware of any problems...I was put on hold...then was told must be a program error and if it wasn't corrected next month to call back:nono: very poor customer service, I expected better. Luckily for me it was corrected within a week but it wasn't a good experience, I think I'll stick to purchasing in person.
 
You can also bring it in to a store for an exchange. I don't know if you can get a refund though. I find it easier than needing to constantly check up on a credit card refund!

I agree, if only there were a store close by me. I'd have to go to another state which is why their online store is handy but there policies will need to improve to keep me shopping with them:pout:
 
Has anyone else had this problem with the website? - I have forgotten my password, so I click the Forgotten Password link and enter my email address. It says a new password will be emailed to me. I never ever receive an email and I have tried a dozen times on various days. I have emailed customer service tonight but maybe I shouldn't hold my breath. So frustrating!
 
I've been unable to access my account on the US website. Anyone else having problems?

I bought two scarves from H.com today and now one of them has disappeared from the site. Does it mean I got the last one? If I did, I'm soooo happy I didn't wait any longer! I sure hope they still have one to ship to me...

Has anyone ever made a purchase from H.com and the item has been out of stock? I hope that doesn't happen with my scarf. Now I'm very nervous until Monday when it should ship out...
