I have question regarding the shipping address. Since I want to use apple pay
Can I enter random shipping address then contact them that I want to receive it in store? Because there is no option in apple pay that let me select to receive it in store

I ordered a second pair of chypres today (first pair from two weeks ago) and my order got cancelled 10 mins later I checked online and they're now out of stock so I'm not sure if my order accidentally went through with no stock or if I got banned for ordering too many within a short time frame?

obviously no way to know for sure, but i also ordered two pairs within a similar time frame (maybe 3 weeks) back in april and the second order went through.

I emailed CS and they said it was a stock issue!

Looks like they have modified the online mechanism a little bit where you enter your email address first then another screen pops up for you to enter your password (used to be both on one screen). Once logged in, you’ll see your account icon with a check mark (idk if this has been like this or not, I have just noticed it today).
Hopefully it’s a way to eliminate bots from snatching all the good stuff.

Hi there, I managed to buy an Evelyn 29 online in Canada, but I’m having second thoughts.

The next day, a beautiful Herbag 31 appeared online and somehow I was able to order it too. Unfortunately, they canceled that order. I think I would have preferred the Herbag, and am wondering what the chances are that I can exchange the Evelyn in-store.

Has anyone had success exchanging their online bag either in-store or online?

I got a Picotin that I was really looking forward to. But upon opening, I think it was someone’s return (there were some clear signs from the packaging). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Should I try to get an exchange? I like the style but don’t really feel like keeping someone else’s return at this price point.

It's your choice, but in a world that demands sustainability from luxury companies that mentality is not sustainable - or reasonable IMO.

The billing and shipping address don't have to match, but your DD / CC official address has to be the same as the billing address . The shipping address can be different (for instance sending someone a gift).

Welcome to the club Luckily, it’s just a temporary thing and you should be able to browse the site in an hour or so. Unfortunately, when you click through too many screens too quickly, especially during a restock period (it’s not an exact science, unfortunately), they think you’re a bot and will block you.
