Probably due to credit card decline or not verified. I ordered 3 to 6 bags within 6 months. apple play is safe way to lock in your order. Rodeo is limited 3 every quarter.

I used the same CC as before through Apple Pay, nothing different than the first transaction. My CC limit is CAD 500K and they don't decline my transactions, ever so looks like it was an Hermes issue. Wish they would be more clear on their purchasing policies, even the phone CS can't define them.

Does anyone know if Hermes.com has quota for buying bags or rodeo? I was lucky enough to get 2 bags (picotin & Lindy) and 2 rodeos in the last month. But I’m not sure about one of the bag color. If I return, is that going to affect any limit?

Good job on getting a Lindy! I heard the new limit is 2 bags per year, but unsure if you return one. Any tips on how you were able to grab a Lindy from website? Those bots are super fast.

That’s what I was wondering. I wasn’t sure if I could try to get another bag if I returned it. It was a lot of getting up early and refreshing the page. When I see an item I like, I just click on it and use Apple Pay. I also try to go for the less popular colors, I’ve found neutrals typically tend to be gone faster so I don’t even bother trying with those. I know it was a lot of work, but it felt like it was worth it rather than spending the extra money in store and having to drop in frequently for bags that may or may not be offered especially around my area which is really competitive.

I have had some good luck on Hermes.com this year (2 bags, a Calvi Duo), but I am losing steam... My last bag came in a box that had clearly been opened and for some reason was "relabeled" by FedEx (the label from H.com was completely gone). I recorded myself opening the tampered box, but thought even that wouldn't even really help as anyone could say claim that I opened the box and resealed myself. Ug. And I never, ever think to refuse delivery of a box at the door, especially when the box looks in tact (and I'm off my head excited waiting for the box from H.com :lol: ).

Happily, there were no issues inside the tampered box and the orange box and the bag are both perfect, but I am wondering if I should contact Hermes CS to report FedEx or if H would even care. Does anyone have any experience with something like this?

Has anyone dealt with the Hermes.com system cancelling their orders after they've been placed. I've caught several Chypre sandals online and lately when I place the order I receive the order confirmation and then 3 minutes later I receive an email that the system can't process my order. No one in Hermes CS can seem to help me they just know it's on their end. It's really frustrating. I've. verified all the information in my profile matches up too

Has anyone had Apply Pay show transaction "failed"? My credit card keep on getting the failed error message when I use Apple Pay on Hermes.com. But when I called my bank, they said there are no rejections. My Apple Wallet also doesn't show any rejected transactions. The same credit cards used to work fine on Hermes.com and I've definitely been using them elsewhere without issue.

Not surprised, they don’t always have experts of the activity setting up the shots. I remember in one of the Sex and the City’s, there was a couple roller blading and they had the wrist guards on backwards. I’m an avid skater so it was the first thing I noticed.

I ordered something from the website yesterday and it’s still pending approval, but the charge was still put on my credit card (yesterday). Is this normal? Or will it probably get cancelled? The item is now sold out.
