I know what you mean but i checked it through all the caregories. The store availability check is no longer there for any item (two weeks before you could locate all the tshirts, belts, watches in the stores)They cant be sold out everywhere. There is no Button for any item in the whole online shop
I wait and check again in a few days and then contact customer hotline to ask whats going on.
I tried calling and the agent said that even she cannot look up which store the item is available in. She said best bet is to call specific stores directly and ask if they have it in inventory. But many stores don't ever pick up their phones, which is frustrating.
 
I would think these count as “issues”…sure are some funny looking card holders :facepalm:

Wonder if the site itself has been messed up for the last few days. Has anyone noticed a drop in women's bags (other than the return of the space malice)? I still just see the three straps.

Men's bags has had a Kelly Depeches cycle in and out, it looks like.

Yes 4 “bags” is unusual since they always have tons of straps in that section. I get they are updating and I truly hope it’s some fix to stop the robots.

There was still a black depeches clutch on my cart the next day after i placed it on the cart. Anyways, i missed out on the vert titien one.
 
While H.com has its own sets of issues, glitches like this happen to all sites. I used to work for an ecommerce website, and there were issues like this all the time — having to covene my team on a Sunday afternoon was not fun. H.com has so little inventory, and such a large number of people coming back to it every day, that any minor thing will be immediately noticed.

Grrrr.....anyway to "unblock" yourself? Or does it reset after a certain time?

It happened to me for the first time two days ago (after years of surfing H.com and I click around fast all the time).

I use the Chrome browser and had to go into the settings and cleared the cookies for Hermes.com only. After that, I could use the site again.
 
I’m soooo sad. My dream bag was on the UK website and I purchased it immediately. I then called Hermes customer service to confirm the order had gone through and the agent realise that I had bought 2 bags that “semester”.

- how long is a semester?
- is there any time for restock?
- can we track restocks by any chance?
- can we buy from a diff engine county’s website and ship it internationally?

I feel so silly!
