What is the best purchase method for Hermes.com in Canada? Is it better to use Apple Pay, PayPal or to save your bank card? I ordered a Picotin 18 today using PayPal but I heard they cancel PayPal orders quite often. I really hope it doesn’t get canceled.
Also the site constantly says I’m blocked but if I refresh the site it disappears.

ApplePay is quickest/1-click on mobile -- I don't believe you can store your credit card number (at least on the desktop site).

Have used PayPal for all of my online H purchases (including a pair of Chypres) and never had an order cancelled.

If your order comes up in your Order History, you're good, if not, then reach out to them.

I placed an order for a pair of loafers using a credit card and got cancelled within 2 hrs. I then placed another order yesterday for the same item but using Apple Pay instead and the delivery option is for self pick-up at the store (in NYC). The status has been "Approving order" since then.

Do you guys know how long would it take for me to know if it will be canceled or not? Or would it help if I call them to follow up on this?

I checked again today and it looks like they shipped it already so looks like everything is all good.
 
Anyone know the drop times for the Chypre sandals? Also is it normal for some colors to disappear reappear when clicking other colors?
The site tends to restock across product lines between 7-9:30am PT. Their site can be a bit wonky at times and yes, color ways will come and go depending on what you click on. Sometimes I’ve found it to just be an odd caching situation whereas other times it seems to be color ways that will be loaded but inventory hasn’t been turned on yet

Anecdotally, I ordered my black/shearling Chypres at 1:05pm ET in February (unsure what time they came in-stock/if they were part of that morning's restock).

Just keep checking, there's also sometimes an evening restock... I think?
 
I am a bit shocked about the online shop. There are some changes i am not very happy about. :confused1::mad:I always used the option "find item in store". I clicked on that button and then i was shown in which store the item is available. I made a reservation and the store shipped the item to me or i picked it up. Now this option is no more there. There is only the info "item only available in stores" but you cannot see where/which store. Does anyone know whats going on? I always used that function to check if an item is available at my home store(i live in Europe/Germany btw)

CH here. My personal observation is that, as long as the goods are in a specific store, the button is available. Otherwise, it disappears. Sometimes button is a available but store information is not. I take it as the item is actually no longer in store. Happened to me a few times. HTH.
 
I know what you mean but i checked it through all the caregories. The store availability check is no longer there for any item (two weeks before you could locate all the tshirts, belts, watches in the stores)They cant be sold out everywhere. There is no Button for any item in the whole online shop
I wait and check again in a few days and then contact customer hotline to ask whats going on.

You made me look. You’re right! Two weeks ago I found a porc bastia and located it in Lugano. But now, the button in 'all' categories are gone. Hopefully they bring it back.
